The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe.
Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard).
The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at all. Had to put some clothes under the pillow. The handle of the window needed a repair.
Staff wasn’t very passionate. Wasn’t rude by any means though. Not sure if that was a Swiss thing or not.

Quarto ok, bem limpo, destaque positivo pro café da manhã e para a localização, poderia apresentar travesseiros mais confortáveis, e o espaço do boxe do banheiro. Levaria nota mais alta se melhorasse a política de check in (16 horas é muito tarde)

If you are a tall person you would not be able to stand in parts of the room or bathroom. The shower had no light -lighting in the bathroom was one bulb. Otherwise decent space and clean

If you are going to visit Zermatt and.the Matterhorn this a great place to stay. It is right next to the train station and has a parking garage. Breakfast is excellent and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Supurb.
