Stayed for a 4 day ski trip. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel runs shuttles frequently to and from the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were ready good! Great stay!

到着の時からスタッフの方がとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくださりとても嬉しかったです。息子の誕生日の飾り付けをしてくださりありがとうございました。家族全員で来られなかったので少し寂しい誕生日になるかもしれないと心配していましたが、心温まる素晴らしいと思い出になりました。 お部屋の設備も不自由無く、朝食も素晴らしく満足です。 またヴェルビエに来たいと思います。

Breakfast offered a delightful start to each day, while dinners introduced us to delicious local cuisine, including superb fondue and raclette. The room's balcony offered breathtaking views of the Swiss mountains, embodying the tranquility and beauty of our surroundings. The hotel's cleanliness, including a pristine sauna and jacuzzi, and thoughtful details like afternoon Swiss chocolates, contributed to the warm atmosphere. The shuttle service added convenience to our skiing expeditions. Situated close to shops and restaurants, Hotel Vanessa's location is ideal. As a seasoned traveler, I found Hotel Vanessa to be a standout, combining practical amenities with heartfelt hospitality for an unforgettable stay.

Hotel Vanessa is excellent!!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal, insbesondere im Service, ist sehr gut geschult und überaus freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Eine riesiges Plus ist der Shuttle zu den Bahnen, der das Hotel kostenlos offeriert. Auch der Fahrer aus der Bretagne war äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr positiv, obwohl sich die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse im oberen Limit befinden.

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.

Great location and a really nice room with amazing views but the excellent staff were so friendly and accommodating it really made our stay special.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room lots of space, pleasant staff lovely breakfast and a nice relaxing spa. The hotel location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. And if you want to go a bit further, the hotel vans will take you or pick you up from anywhere, would definitely recommend. Thanks to all staff for the excellent stay.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, eventuell haben wir einfach die weniger attraktive Aussicht erhalten zum Weier, Parkplatz...das Zimmer war eher dunkel.
