We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and the staff even folded our clothes. We also got upgraded free of charge to a bigger room.The bus station was close to the hotel so it was easy to go to the ski lift. Would really recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was here with our two teenagers to ski. All of us loved the whole experience. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful, patient, and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, and the convenience to the village/base gondolas was terrific (15-20 minute walk or the frequent buses). The kids used the spa once or twice and loved it.

- The wifi is terrible. I could barely use it from my room. It worked better for my friends in a different room but still dropped out frequently for them
- The rooms are way too warm. We both found that the only way to control the temperature was to open the window, but street noise was a problem in that case
