服务人员态度很好，往来机场班车准时，司机还帮助装行李，能为住客着想，尽力帮助住客解决问题，在欧洲有这样的服务非常难得

在價格昂貴的瑞士，算是不錯的選擇，只是進入市中心需要搭車15分鐘左右

It was a nice hotel nearby the Geneva airport. I would stay this hotel again!

The two Beds are queen size, which is big enough to have a family stay in the hotel. They offered the good shuttle bus service to connect the Geneva airport and the hotel every 20 mins during the day till midnight. Just the in the breakfast time, The fount desk told us we can take some fruits on the way going out the restaurant as the after-meal fruit, we took a pear out of the restaurant but we were scolded by the restaurant manager and (kindly, still to be honest and objective) ask us to put them back, but it just like the teachers teaching what kindergarten kids should do in the school. Quite insulting to have the manager doing this in the 5 stars hotel as it is completely insulting the clients and it ruined the day. There are also a casino just 2 floor below the hotel, clients can go there after dinner as it opens daily 0900-0800. Overall it is quite good.

really, very nice, clean, friendly. Because my flight delate about 10 hours, the hotel let me to stay at my room until I check out. Very friendly.

The hotel was very close to the airport and has free shuttle service, which comes every 10-15 minutes! It was very convenience.

Close to airport. Conveient transport connection to city centre and to the place of my work. The front dedk staff are very helpful. Very high value for money.

Il est noté chambres insonorisées ? On entend absolument tout. Les voisins de chambres qui parlent (même normalement), les gens dans le couloir, tout. Pour un hôtel de ce prix c'est honteux. Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas La baignoire se vidait (bouchon non étanche). Très mauvais

Lovely hotel with easy and free transfer to the airport. Check in staff very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. We were disappointed that the Japanese restaurant wasn't open (Sunday or Monday I think it's closed), so we had to eat in the main restaurant. The food was fine but the service was terrible and slow. Would stay here again but wouldn't eat in the main restaurant!

Good hotel for the airport location. Don’t order a burger in the lounge as they served it raw twice.

The hotel had excellent staff. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and has easy access to transport to the city centre and other parts of Switzerland. Breakfast was amazing and full of variety.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast, which started conveniently very early in the morning. But I was disappointed that the hotel shuttle from the airport stopped earlier than the shuttle for some of the other hotels, and I had to get a taxi. I wished I had checked the times before booking.

Very large clean room and quiet, staff are friendly, morning breakfast are good. But 4th floor corridor carpet are dirty, also someone used room key opened my door while I was in shower, not sure she (I only heard her voice) was clean staff or by a mistake.
