Great location. The 4pm check in time is tough if you arrive early but they looked after my bags.

The rooms are not as advertised. Extremely small. They had purchased a closet that did not fit in the room. Curtains were torn. Too hot in the room and too noisy outside to leave window open. Shower was like a poor one bought at Home Depot. If this was not on the TMB no one would stay there.

Hotel was nice & comfortable. I didn't like the service at breakfast time. I asked for decaff coffee on the first day and received it after I had eaten all my breakfast. Breakfast was open @ 7:0am. Scrambled eggs had been taken by 7:30am and was told no more eggs. So picked other food. When finished and leaving restaurant they brought out more egg. 2nd day asked for decaff coffee, they never brought it out at all. Very poor service. When checking out and settling up, no one on the service counter. All staff in the restaurant as not enough staff. I had to fetch someone from the restaurant so I could check out.

早めの到着にも関わらずお部屋を用意してくれて大変助かった。朝食もハムやチーズ、スクランブルエッグ、クロワッサンなどがありとても美味しかった！お水が欲しいというと、すぐにボトルに入れてくれた。

This was one of the most comfortable beds along the TMB, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a very tasty dinner when we arrived, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the number of flies in the restaurant, which were quite bothersome. I’d suggest looking into a solution for that, as it took away from an otherwise good experience.

Siisti huone alppikylässä. Vastaanotto oli illallakin vielä iloinen ja näytti paikat. Huoneessani oli mukavasti jääkaappi, mukava sänky ja pöytä. Olisin viihtynyt pidempäänkin.

No replies to messages i sent via the app. One was informing them of the need for twin beds & not a double- when we arrived the room had a double & we had to change rooms. This could have been avoided if they checked the apps messaging facility

Hotel terminus was great! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant had amazing food! Highly recommend!

Rooms are comfortable and clean. One minute walk to an easy train then cable car ride to Verbier. The restaurant is next level (foodies will be impressed) and the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

They property was no-frills functional and perhaps a bit more. The rooms were basic and checked all the boxes. Comfortable beds, clean linens, desk, mini fridge, good bathroom storage, access to power/outlets and a very friendly dining amenity with breakfast included and ample parking. Didn’t eat in the restaurant and likely would have given the opportunity. Rather picturesque surroundings. We stayed in the annex building and would recommend the main building on a higher floor if I had to do over. Great value for the price.

Chambre spacieuse et très calme, literie excellente. Service familier absolument au top et super sympa. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable mais le nécessaire y est, le restaurant est quant à lui excellent. Je recommande la demi-pension qui est variée et délicieuse.

Der alte Teppich im Zimmer war voller Flecken, Das Fixleintuch hatte ein Loch. Die erste Nacht, so laute Musik vom Restaurant, dass ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen konnte. Die weissen Froteetücher im Bad waren neu. Die Wasserflache wurde für die zweite Nacht nachgefüllt. Badezimmer sauber.
