房間很小而且有味道, 離伯恩市區有距離還得搭公車, 是二星級的飯店卻和日內瓦四星級的飯店一樣價格, 本來日內瓦也訂了宜必思, 伯恩入住後很不滿意, 當天立刻取消原先日內瓦的訂房改訂別家同價格卻CP值很高的四星級飯店

Comfortable and the room is large enough. Staff are friendly and willing to help if u need. Location is little bit far from train station but a city transportation pass will provided by hotel in free.

The room is clean and comfortable. It is about 15min tram from city centre. Though a little bit far, it is very convenient that the tram station is just opposite to the hotel and tram comes every ~5 min which is very frequent.

我訂了兩間房, 指明要一間雙人房及一間三人房(有一名孩童), 均已確認無誤; 但抵達入住後才發現兩間均為雙人房, 旅館人員無法回答第三人要睡哪裡; 最後旅館人員聲稱客房全滿,並假裝特別幫忙找到一間單人房, 我們只得被迫另加付一間單人房的費用. 這次經驗很不好. 旅館又一直推說是代訂單位的錯, 令人相當反感.

huge building with Novotel together, space room for baby bed still not tight, clean and very close to expo, but far away from training station. Good breakfast cost 15 cff, wifi receivable in the room.
