離蘇黎世中央火車站很近

Even tho I rate it 3 stars, this is a very good property overall. Some negatives that detract- no room safe or small refrigerator, no AC, but front desk will provide a fan, and no bacon at the breakfast! But the only real complaint is the shower is not enclosed, insuring that the bath floor is a wet mess- and no counter space or hooks for towels or toiletries. Pluses are it’s located short walking distance from fantastic shopping, dining, and water views. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Property is clean.

Overall the staying is good. Just there is no fridge nor the water heater in the room. Not possible if you need to keep food or drinks cool or make a tea in the room.

Great location, within 10 mins walking distance from Zurich central station. Friendly staff, coffee and water 24/7. TV in the room can connect with phone, so you can watch whatever you desire.

The location is good and quite near to the Zurich HB. The staff is friendly and the room is quite big, however the shower room has water leaking problem after taking the shower.

剛剛住宿三天，酒店位置不是離火車站太遠，如推行李喼往酒店要途經幾個燈位及一條不算短的暗斜路。 全酒店沒空調，浴室沒有放置自備用品的位置，洗面盤沒有枱面位置放置使用中的風筒，房間內沒有雪櫃，沒有提供飲品，沒有水煲，問接待員借也沒有，如想食杯麵只可以在地下大堂取熱水後再行回房間，極之不方便。 每天房間清潔也極為馬虎，晚上回房間後發現不知哪裡來的垃圾，新毛巾不合衛生地放在住客用來周遊列國的旅行喼上……. 唯一較為可取的是早餐尚算可以，完。

Room small

Nice budget hotel but surprising it is without a mini fridge (which is quite basic). We asked for a room with a mini fridge but the receptionist said none of their rooms have one. Room size is rather small. Breakfast area was great and food quality was satisfactory. Location is good given the frequent trams to and from main train station.

整體來說都可以，但房間對外是一條行人樓梯，不過可以開窗簾，感覺不好

房間整潔，同相一樣，房間沒有熱水煲，咖啡機在樓下大堂，有所不便，而價錢亦都昂貴。

No air conditioning but quite convenient

It is near the main station in Zurich. The room is clean and is not too small.

酒店距離火車站不算太遠，若果太多行李，都是乘搭電車一個站就到，性價比高

CLEAN AND WELL EUQIPPED ROOM

Good for the price

We were a group of people but I was obviously given the smallest room. In general I would have no special expectation about the room size of ibis, however, the check-in personnel told me that I was "also lucky" (after my colleague was given an upgrade) and this made me ultra upset. I didn't even have sufficient space for putting my luggage and open it.... The door of the toilet is very user-unfriendly (too heavy and too close to the toilet)!

Staff Yamei and Thierry were very friendly and nice. The hotel was clean, shower was good but the shower door seal strip was broken for a part, water leaking to the room but towel will help for sure. The hotel room size is a bit small, after opening 2 suitcases, not much room to walk. The heater in the room is a bit too warm. Overall is good.
