Nice boutique hotel near by Zürich Airport. Restaurant is not as good as 3 years ago!

一進門廁所一坨屎！還沒清潔廁所的房間！糟糕透了！服務人員沒立即處理還讓我們一等再等！

一流飯店 服務無可挑剔 人員專業 只離市區可惜有點遠 但是附近交通很快

It's a great new hotel near by the Zurich Airport! The Bar & Italian restaurant are really fine experience.

租车自驾很方便，小火车去市区也很快，离机场也近。 房间很喜欢，现代风格，很干净。 停车收费！

We had such a wonderful stay at the Kameha Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Levin. He was absolutely brilliant—attentive, professional, and always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. His warm and genuine approach made us feel truly welcomed, and he added such a personal touch that elevated our whole experience. Levin really made our stay even more special, and we can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

breakfast very average expensive for cold pancakes waitress pretty rude rest of breakfast was pretty average as well not much left on offer at 8am wouldnt pay the money

The hotel and staff were excellent but.. the food is too pricey and the area has no options! For a saturday night there should have been plenty open.

Odd location for the hotel. Across the street from car dealers. Nothing of interest in walking distance. 25-minute tram ride to city center. Would stay in city center when next in Zurich.

Nice property to stay

Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk upgraded our room, free of charge (which was lovely). However, we were checked into a room that was not cleaned. After going back down, they moved us to a different room. In the new room, there were “coffee” stains all over the wall beside each side of the bed. On the second day, a cleaning lady came into our room and asked us if we wanted it cleaned at 8pm? We had obviously said no given the time. Then when they did clean it the day after, the coffee mugs were not replaced nor were the coffee packets. The shower smelt very muggy and old. Overall, not impressed with this hotel.

Everything was very good only thing that i didn't like was smell in corridors, otherwise room excellent and service was good.

市街地からは少し離れているが空港からの利便性は良いです。

This hotel surprised me in a positive way. everything is excellent, the rooms, restrooms, breakfast buffet. is at 5 minutes walking from the tram station at a nice an quiet area.

It was good but there’s always room for improvement
