这个酒店是为了第二天去日内瓦机场方便选的，就在火车站旁边，非常近，位置很方便。酒店的前台和住宿不是一个门，这个酒店更像公寓，有5层，可是电梯只到4层，第二天我们走的时候电梯还坏了，我们只好提着箱子下5层，好在工作人员看到了，帮忙拿了一个箱子。我们的房间在顶楼，屋子有些热，空调不好用。本来我们在瑞士住的酒店都没有空调可是都非常凉快甚至有些冷，可是这个酒店例外。屋子倒不小，有个厨房和餐桌，可以自己做一点简单的食物。

Lift was broken so that I had to climb stairs by carrying heavy luggages. I asked for room change to lower levels but was told no such types of suite I booked in other floors which I felt difficult to believe since I do not deem myself as a special traveler. WiFi access is available namely only because you just could not connect it. Hotel manangment seems very kind but unfortunately two options provided by them just do not work. Could you imagine that a 4 star hotels provided its guests two ways for WiFi connection but in the end all failed? The only attributes matching its rating is the room charge, which should make the guests never go there again.

Just next to the train station. Free parking. Convenient to visit around. A free travel ticket is provided for a week though I only stayed for two nights. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super close to the train station and it was easy to find with its bright sign. There are also a lot of restaurant nearby the hotel. But the facilities in my room was soso, and the hotel fee was too high. I would only recommend this hotel if you will catch a train early in the morning on the following day, otherwise it is too expensive.

价格公道，唯一不足在于隔音一般，尤其是面对火车站的房间，关上窗后仍能听到外面小声说话和火车声音

除了離火車站很近以外其他完全沒有優點 房間空調更本是壞的熱的要死卻跟你說ㄧ句沒辦法 開了窗 外面蟲子都飛進來 酒店也不乾凈 東西全是壞的 飯店人員只會說他們沒辦法態度又很差

Très bon hôtel, bien situé par rapport à la gare, le lac, … Très bien insonorisé vis à vis de la gare (un peu moins entre chambres mais rien de grave) Et Climatisation très fonctionnelle en période de canicule ! Hôtel « historique » mais entretenu et propre A recommander

Hotel right outside the train station. Was structured as a luxury hotel but to do that you need to have air conditioning. Controls were in the room but seemed they were controlled by the hotel. Bathroom featured a full tub/showerhead combo. The edge was quite high. Keep in mind for people with mobility issues. Even I would have appreciated a step stool. There were a serious lack of outlets in the room as in nowhere to be found. Finally I unplugged the silly desk lamp to charge my phone. Also had to use the same outlet for the coffee machine which didn't work. Mini fridge was included in the room. Different animals painted on each door. Super cute.

The hotel is located extremely close to the train station. It does not have a parking space. So have to park in the parking lot of train station, which is expensive. However, if you take a train, it is really convenient to stay in this hotel. The room is OK.

ジュネーヴ駅に隣接しており、とにかく便利。設備は少し古いものの、清掃が行き届いており、室内はとても快適で、キッチンが付いているのが便利で良かった。

This hotel has an amazing location if you're hauling luggage, and the staff were very helpful. The lounge is fun, and there's plenty of little cafes if you walk around the block.

Friendly, so central, right beside Cornavin station which is a brilliant quick shopping venue. We would all stay again.

Airconditioning was excellent, especially during the Europe heat wave.

AC didn’t work for at least 3 days. Asked the front desk and they kept saying tomorrow they’ll have someone but no one ever came. The rooms are quite small, even with the kitchenette but the appliances like the fridge, kettle etc. are convenient and work well. Hotel is located right outside the train station which is nice but the entrance and elevator all looks a bit old and worn.

Studio type room with a kitchen has a separate entrance.(it's not connected to the lobby). Building was very old and rusty. It was noisy as it is close to the train station. It is not a four-star hotel.

The property is very convenient for the train statio n but is very noisy.
