Front desk was friendly!

Noise from renovation and tram. Old small bathroom, tiny shower. Dust not cleaned everywhere. Very small room.

Wonderful boutique hotel, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely place it at the top of our return stay.

Wonderful! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! I highly recommend it.

Near a tram stop which was very helpful.

Tough walk from the train station, but beautiful high on the hill. Good dining options and convenient groceries. Breakfast definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfortable enough. Free drinks were very nice and lovely balcony. The bathroom is bizarre. The sink was very small, the shower was hot, cold then no pressure then high pressure. Awful

Excellent location and great service!

My room was missing a lamp shade, had horrible pillows, had a tap that splashed water all over, no air conditioning. It did have a safe, fan, helpful staff, apples in the lobby, free mini bar on the first night.

funny smell in room, the picture on line is not the picture inside the room. terrible ventilation in room hard to breath without windows open the fan does not help....

Rooms clean and well stocked with drinks towels wash clothes and rooms clean no ac and it was a bit warm was only negative

It’s close to the metro/tram line but far away from downtown

I am usually not picky about hotels, but I didn't love this one. It is very uphill to get to the hotel from the main attractions around (about 20 minutes of uphill) -- so if you are a walker, this is not great unless you enjoy being a sweaty disaster at all times. In terms of sleeping, the duvet only covered 3/4 of the bed, which was not ideal if you enjoy covers while sleeping. Also, it was SUPER loud. The hotel is located beside a very busy street and we heard people until wee hours of the night. (There is no AC, so it was necessary to keep the window cranked at least a little bit). When we checked in the attendant could not find out paperwork so he asked me to sign a blank form that he would fill out later -- this seemed a bit sketchy. On the day we checked out the house keepers kept coming to our room and knocking on the door despite our checkout not being for another 2 hours. On the upside, there were complementary drinks in the mini-bar and a grocery store and bakery very close by, but those were the only upsides for us.

Convenient location. Walking distance to University, close to train station, on #10 tram station which brings you to the airport. Good value. Clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay.

I stay at this hotel regularly and the highlight is the staff. They are always available and provide the best tips for travel and advice possible. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Just wondering about why there is no air-condition in the property, it might be difficult during summer.

it is far to walk from the train their distance they say is not accurate its also allot of up hill. my understanding is can take the tram i think number 9 goes right to hotel they should of mentioned instead of misrepresent the distance and time to get to hotel
