很棒的住宿體驗，房間有小客廳，床墊枕頭很舒服，乾濕分離，有浴缸，還可以在陽台喝咖啡，對面就有電車站和超市，很方便；櫃檯人員很友善有禮貌，早餐吃到飽選擇不少，服務人員也有禮貌。

The hotel is just next to the train and tram station, very convenient to access to everywhere and there is a Fifa museum right next to the hotel and this is a surprise to us. The hotel is new, bed and pillows are comfortable and the service is good

Excellent location

Location is great, near the train station and walking distance to the lake and old town. Staff were nice. Room is clean but small. The AC is at 78 so the room was too warm for me to sleep.

Room was a little too small but we were hardly in the room. Enge train station right across and tram stops too. Easy access to the lake within 5 mins on the number 5 tram.

We loved our stay!

Nithiya gave us an extremely warm welcome. Everyone was helpful. In common with most Zurich hotels there is no AC but a stanfing fan was provided that circulated the air just fine in our balcony-room that itself was clean and pleasant equipped with a kettle (we carry tea bags and creamer everywhere), coffee maker and pods and a decent sized refridgerator. The hotel provides free ebikes if available at the time of request too! The lake is minutes away by foot or bike. A great spot in front of the FIFA Museum and trandit access. I'll look for other hotels in the chain in other European cities!

Amazing location for a hotel in Zurich. Very easy to find and is in the midst of this great, bustling city. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing location and beautiful

Polite staff at check-in. Room was ready on arrival (before check-in time). Staff were interested in the purpose of our trip. Everything was clearly explained. Room was very compact but clean and had everything that we needed. My travel adapter did not fit into socket but luckily there were USB charging points. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen facilities. Our breakfast was included. Choice of cereals, fruit, bread, croissants and hot/cold drinks. Not a lot of hot food options, there was scrambled egg and bacon. Would have been nice to have had a toaster to toast the bread. Would stay here again.

Great location - the hotel is right next to Enge station and tram stops that take you into the centre of Zurich, so it was really easy getting around. Staff all friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and clean. The only real issue we had was the lack of aircon in a hot summer. Reception were able to provide us with a fan but aircon would’ve obviously made the stay much more comfortable. I’d stay again as long as I wasn’t visiting in summer!

Difficult to sleep because of bed. No drawer space at all. Sliding door on bathroom annoying. Everything else goid

So easy to get around Zurich from hotel and neighborhood full of food options. Staff was Excellent very helpful would stay again and highly recommend for others Myrtle CA

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff

We enjoyed our night stay at the Locke. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is just by the train station, which made it easy to hop on to get to the airport. The room was very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our balcony and morning coffee!

Extremely small rooms. Very dusty. Carpets and curtains are an allergy nightmare. Can barely walk in the room. 12 inches between the net and wall. No air conditioning but portable made available upon request. Definitely not 4 star. Staff is in gym clothes.

Such a great hotel. Very conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets and the tram. Would stay again when visiting Zurich.

Great property! Everything was very aesthetic and clean. Only thing it was soo hot! The AC does not keep up with the summer heat. We would stay here again but not in the summer.
