The property and room are excellent. However, there is constant humming noise in the whole building going on day and night but more pronounced at night giving us sleepless night. Otherwise, would be a perfect place to stay.

Good value, convenient to the train station, clean and modern.

The check in service was poor, There is no help for transportation However the hotel room is neat and quiet.

This location is no ideal for someone interested in exploring Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt or any sightseeing places. It is remote. There are trains hourly connecting to Thun and Bern but no direct train to Interlaken. It looks countryside without many shopping options nearby except a convenient store. There is no air condition and windows don't open at all, and hence no fresh air. Windows are only fixed glass windows for day light.

The self check in is a good idea as long as everything goes smoothly. The hotel was clean and spacious and well situated in a quaint village. Natalie at reception was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for us the next day.

The shower needs a door because the water runs into the floor and the room service like the bed sheet pillow case were not changed when it needed to be changed.

This property's charge on parking is way to expensive. $15 a night

Very convenient and clean! Check in was fast and easy, 2 min walking from either platform of the train. The space itself was very comfy, clean and the kitchen was great!

The room has no air-conditioning and no fan. It was a bit hot. Other than that, it was good. Located just at the train station - very convenient to get around.

Good location, right next to the train station

POSITIVE: beautiful and very spacious room; kitchenette is very convenient; parking opportunities; or, if relied on public transportation, location of hotel right next to the train station is just as perfect; fair price; NEGATIVE: room temperature cannot be adjusted individually (so for my taste it was too cold…); despite sustainability statement towels are being changed daily even though they were explicitly not left on the floor!! (had to leave a note for the cleaning personnel NOT to change towels). Unfortunately this is a problem in many hotels. Amenities were never refilled during a 4 day stay.

What I found really cool about the hotel was a 24-h self check-in service, so you can check-in at anytime without any staff present. Everything was clean and comfortable, comes with a well-equipped kitchenette (at least for the room I booked). Location is super quiet (even though it's next to a small train station and airport), and a convenient base for exploring Bern/Bernese Oberland/Interlaken. Only downside was that due to minimal staff, there was no room service or housekeeping during our 2-night stay. But we did not mind that. Nevertheless this could have made the price of the room very affordable for a Swiss standard.

Very intuitive and quick check in system after hours with touch screen. Free and safe parking provided free of charge. Pleasant restaurant located on ground floor of building complex and very convenient. Large kitchen and appliances available. All in all very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay if visiting Bern, Switzerland. Right across the tracks from the train station, quick trip to Bern by train, 10 minutes.

Great hotel

Close to the station and all amenities, bus to airport and trains to Berne 20 minutes.

Very modern and very clean. Also, it is located next to the train station to take you into Bern. It has a 24 hour easy check in. Very quiet hotel. Would stay there again and I definitely recommend.

A clean and tidy room at a affordable price. Although its not a proper hotel. so reception is open from 7am to 12pm. Nice, peaceful vicinity. infact a boring place but worth to live. 40minutes drive from interlaken and 20minutes drive to bern. i give 4stars out of 5

Spacious room with a reasonably equipped kitchen and small dining table to eat at. Good wifi and comfortable bed. The hotel is adjacent to the railway station. This makes it very easy to travel by train to Bern. On the flip side, there is no free parking in the immediate area. The hotel charges 15 CHF per night which we thought was an excessive fee. We were captives so we paid. There is a well equipped, free laundry which we found useful. The room is a bit gloomy with two narrow windows that didn’t open. The bathroom had some issues – door didn’t close, shower curtain didn’t span the opening and soap dispenser leaked. We may have been unlucky enough to have scored the room with multiple maintenance/housekeeping issues but maybe the little things like this are being ignored.

It is a nice place to stay. The bed was very firm so it was not comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful.
