Still love dante

飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。

Wonderful stay. I love the hotel. Reception is helpful, tram just by the door of the hotel entrance and can access for free with SP. Breakfast is nice and you can have freshly pressed carrot juice. My room located at 5th floor and it’s a suite that fits in three people can still spacious. I appreciate how helpful is the staff and how nice is the hotel and love the stay

有免費的網路外，令人居有免費的Mini Bar，而且每天都會補充。 早餐也相當豐盛，可以自行榨紅蘿蔔汁及柳橙汁，其他餐點也相當精緻豐盛，每道甜點也有會附上主廚介紹(含大頭照)，以表其用心與負責。 最令人驚豔的是床鋪方常舒服，躺下去很快就能睡著，且不自覺地睡到天亮。 房間雖小，但應有具有，感覺非常的溫馨舒適。

高品质的酒店，市中心位置极佳，离火车和湖边都很近。工作人员十分热情友善，客房十分清洁，每一天都更换床、被单。早餐也非常丰盛。十分满意，推荐。

Very good quality hotel though a bit expensive.

相當大的房間，房間有免費mini bar，提供很多飲料；lobby還有咖啡、麵包、糖果等免費供應，服務人員也很親切，具高度耐心，提供了一個令人感到舒適愉悅的住宿氛圍。　酒店地點在出車站後立即搭乘電車不到２分鐘的車程，附近也有許多商店可逛，離Migros超市相當近，相當便利。

This hotel is nicely located in the center of Lugano. Breakfast was wonderful! Our room was spotless, and it seemed quite new. The desk gave us an unexpected credit at their Mixology bar, which was a really helpful bonus. Would certainly recommend staying here!

Very centrally located hotel with friendly staff and a really good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The bed was a little bit too hard, but we slept well. Room was very clean and very quiet.

A newly renovated and gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the funicular, this hotel was perfect for our stay in Lugano and exploring the surrounding region. The included Ticino ticket is a nice bonus but the value is in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and beds and the premier food and drinks. I slept so well, even with a bruised ribcage. The included breakfast is really delicious with everything one could need to fill up and start the day. The restaurant and bar, Flamel, is incredible. The house cocktails are a must try that will change your perception of what a cocktail should be. The dinner is first class and every dish is a work of art. An extra special touch is the foosball table in the lobby near the bar so we could have drinks while the kids played. I can't wait to go back and stay at this hotel again!
