Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there.

The room is clean and the kitchen utensils are adequate. The service is great which the hotel has quick response when we have problem. We can view the Matterhorn from the room. But one thing to improve is the wifi speed. It is quite slow and not so stable throughout the entire trip

接待人員非常熱情友善，如果房間有空也可提早入住，床算舒適，不過房間有點小，冰箱都未清理前客戶留下且不可密封的食品，浴室淋浴水易濺的到處都是。

We stayed in apartment "Carmen" for 3 nights. The address is their office address only, the apartment is near the first Gondola station.The location is ok. You may take bus from Zermatt train station. We arrived late and so we made call to ask them to pick up outside their office. There is phone booth opposite their office. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The furniture and equipments are in good condition. Enjoy cooking and relaxing on the balcony after back from the mountains. Generally, we love the apartment. Good value.

The exact apartment address was changed and told a little late, we walk the wrong way, but the real address is close to train station. Kitchen is ok.

房間十分整潔舒適，空間大，窗外風景很美能看到馬特洪峰。廚房設備完善。雖然不在市中心但步行十分鐘到達。

It was so cozy and very good place to see the Matterhorn! All kitchenware is equipped! I highly recommend this room!

I’ll start with the view. Walking in and seeing the Matterhorn right from the balcony was amazing. The room had all the essentials including a well equipped kitchenette. I ended up saving a lot of money by buying groceries at preparing meals in the room. There was also a complete set of dishes, cutlery and cook ware. I was particularly pleased that laundry was available down stairs in the building and even detergent and a payment card for the washer and dryer was provided. The main real negative I had was smelling a strong odour when I walked into the room. I couldn’t identify what or where it came from. Airing the room out dissipated it. But it would come back when the room was closed up while I was out.

The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps.

Unterkunft sauber und zweckmässig, in bequemer Gehdistanz zu Bahnhof und Bus. Gute Ausrüstung mit Geschirr, Toilettenartikeln, Reinigungsmaterial. Schöne Aussicht auf das Matterhorn. Unterkunft hat eine recht minimale Schallisolation, was bei uns kein Problem war, bei hoher Auslastung und je nach Gästen allenfalls störend sein kann. Gerne wieder und damit durchaus empfehlenswert. Had a really good time. Location is perfect, the studio has everything you need for cooking and it's the perfect retreat after a day hiking.

Gute Lage, das Apartment ist schön, mit eigenem Eingang, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

The accommodations were as described— clean and comfortable and convenient to the train station. A toaster would be nice along with a spatula, paper towels and pot holders.

Fantastisk lejlighed med køkken og bad og lækker terrasse. Udsigten fra hovedpuden var Zermatt og med Matterhorn i baggrunden. Dejligt stille. selvom vi er i juli.

Im Haus drin sehr ruhig. Nähe zum Bahnhof. Nahe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Denner

Beautiful view from the balcony! This location is close to the food market and shopping. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

8 nights vacation was fantastic with matterhorn. Cosy and clean apt. Near train station. Kind manager. Will comeback again.

Place was very nice it has all the amenities you need I would say only downfall would be small shower and this particular unit did and It didn’t have a view of the Matterhorn. I would stay again
