We arrived earlier at noon and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we could check-in in short time. Room condition was good and you can get anything you want(e.g. water heater, tea bags). The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. It is close to #2 tram station, and there are restaurants opposite to the hotel. Since there is no direct tram from Zurich HB station to hotel, we needed to change at Paradeplatz station. So it is better for hotel website to show more detailed transport information. Buffet breakfast is good too. I am satisfied with this experience.

有公車站。雖離中央車站大約13站且中途得轉車。但也因為這樣使得環境清幽及安靜許多。房間明亮度、整潔度等和奧地利H+都很像。每天都會整理。就是房間小了些。這次入住有2人份的最大尺寸的行李箱就放不下。若2個同時打開通道都站滿了。所以拿完備品後隨時關上行李箱好維持空間流暢。CP值高。會再住任何國家的H+

The rug on the room was dirty. The air condition was not working properly. Breakfast variety was poor. Scrabble eggs looks not from fresh eggs, orange juice
Was extremely light. No variety on pastries. Breakfast
Price extremely expense for quality and variety. Tv on the room extremely bad quality colors green and red.
I don’t recommend this hotel.

It was my first time staying in Switzerland, so I was a bit worried at first, but the room was spacious and clean for the price. The breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying. The location is also very convenient, so I definitely recommend it!
