Beautiful place and close to all amenities, metro, cruises, restaurants. It is an ideal place to stay. Also public parking is across the street with a discount from hotel.

Like most hitels in Switzerland, the quality is low and decoration is outdated. Not a real 4 stars, don't be fooled. Excellent location, nice staff but outdated and no charm hotel. But the price was ok for the location and view.

Room wasn’t very clean, there was thick dust someone’s clothes that they had left in the room previously and the spare pillows were covered in what looked like crumbled plasterboard? I’m not sure how long they had not been touched. generally in need of a refurb in the bathroom, mould stained tiles and just poor quality facilities. The AC was insufficient and was not able to get the room below 20 degrees. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too thick considering the temp in the room. I have stayed in better budget hotels on my trip and wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again.

die klima lief absolut auf minimum, obwohl diese auf maximal gesetzt war. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen an heissen sommerzeit hier zu übernachten.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is super convenient, and breakfast was wonderful, with so many options. Also, the room was very comfortable and modern.

Malgré notre réservation pour trois le lit enfant n'était pas installé dans la chambre a notre arrivée... Après nous avoir encaissé sans nous présenter la note, nous nous sommes aperçus qu'on nous avait compté 100 CHF de plus pour notre fille alors que la réservation l'incluait... Bref pas très professionnel tout ça on va dire. Bel emplacement, la chambre avait une belle vue sur le lac. Personnel très sympathique, sauf a l'acceuil. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Ha, un autre petit détail. On finit vers 10h30 dimanche matin avec le bruit des aspirateurs que l'on passe à côté de nous à la fin de notre petit déjeuner. Tout cela amène donc à un sentiment mitigé au vu de ces quelques désagréments qui ne devraient pas être dans ce genre d'établissement.

Fint hotell med serviceinnstilt og hyggelig stab. Bestilte fra motorveien en time før vi kom frem og fikk nytt stort flott superior- rom for lite ekstra. God mat på restaurant og god frokost, perfekt beliggenhet

The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The room was comfortable and clean. It seemed that there were fewer staff available then in other hotels so we didn't really interact with staff to rate them.

Notre chambre debait etre libérée à 12 h. Rentrant a 11h d'une promenade au bord du lac, le jour du depart, notre chambre n'était plus accessible !!! Nous avons dû revenir à la reception pour faire débloquer la serrure...pas très correct !!! A part ce petit désagrément en fin de séjour, nous sommes satisfaits.

Le chambre étais tres bien, le personnel est tres sympa. Et la vue du chambre est trop beaux
