The check-in was perfect, the property is spotless and the room was amazing. The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful with information, suggestions and temporary luggage storage. This was a wonderful first experience in Lausanne! Well done Movenpick.

The bed felt old and worn out. Sinking in the middle and the room felt stuffy. The pillows were something else. Wanted to inform reception when I left but it was a bit busy. I am not sure if I will go back ever again especially if I have to pay a rate that expensive and get the room I got. Honestly I couldn’t wait to wake up and leave. Left me disappointed I must say.

Wurde eine Garantie verlangen, was auf ebookers nicht signalisiert war.
Zuerst verlangten sie 100 Franken, dann reduzierten sie den Betrag auf 50 Franken. Ich verlangte eine schriftliche Bestätigung, dass es sich bei den 100 bzw. 50 Franken um eine Kaution handele, was das Personal jedoch nicht akzeptierte.
Nach meiner Beschwerde durften wir das Zimmer schließlich ohne Kaution betreten.
Und es war nicht nur das.
Als wir gegen 22 Uhr an der Zimmertür ankamen, total müde und einfach nur auftanken wollten, ging es nicht. Wir versuchten es mehrmals.
Schrecklich: Eine Dame kam aus dem Zimmer, puh. Wie furchtbar.
Sie gaben uns eine Zimmerkarte mit einer falschen Nummer.
Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es ein Akt des Rassismus war.
