excellent services and great breakfast

Very good service! Great breakfast!

The washroom basin was not draining well. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

Rooms were comfortable, the only issue i would say is the additional bed for child was a ver small sofa. Not one that opens into a bed, just a sofa with bedding. If this had been clearer when booking i would have booked a bigger room. Other than that everything was good

Staying here for Women’s Euros & there was a great atmosphere & buzz around the hotel & Basel in general. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great, room was lovely & large with the added bonus of a bath. Breakfast had everything you could expect. The fridge in the room was also welcomed to store my insulin in. Overall a great stay.

Excelente hotel,las habitaciones estaban reciéntenlo renovada y en perfectas condiciones, buena ubicación para ir al centro o al aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Para ser un Novotel tiene un nivel superior, está fuera del centro pero te dan un pase para el transporte

This hotel is awesome. The services was really good. When we needed few things, that night staff receptionist(check-in aug 5-7) was an awesome receptionist. He was busy but was able to provide all we needed. Worth it.

Très bon hôtel. L’accueil par une francophone avec beaucoup d’humour était parfait. Points positifs Très bon accueil Chambre spacieuse (exécutive 4 personnes) avec baignoire et douche. Toilettes séparés Bien placé à Bâle Billets de transport en commun inclus toute la durée du séjour ! Un vrai plus. Parking en zone bleue à proximité pour une nuit c’est economique. On achète les cartes de stationnement aux bornes de transport en commun. Parking sous terrain possible mais complet à notre arrivée. Bon petit déjeuner Points à améliorer Les fruits au buffet du petit déjeuner étaient difficiles à trouver, peu renouvelés Le bruit exterieur pour les chambres placées le long de la route et les sensibles des oreilles La lumière du soleil le store était réouvert le matin nous n’avons pas compris (peut être mauvaise manipulation de notre part) l’interrupteur est à l’entrée à l’opposé. Nous y retournerons si nous allons à Bâle

Amazing staff in the reception. The room was clean and well maintained, but the bed was to soft for us. Breakfast was great. Location was ok, a short walk or tram ride from the train station, and a short tram ride to the city center.
