Le chambre etait comfortable et propre. Accuil impaccable.

Quartos limpos e amplos, amenidades perfeitas, secador é Dyson, café da manhã rico e variado, possui estacionamento pago no subsolo do hotel. Staff muito atencioso e prestativo, é muito próximo do lago e é possível fazer boa parte das atrações a pé.

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais une réelle déception au petit-déjeuner et une chambre vieillissante Lorsque l’on paie plus de 350 CHF la nuit plus 23 CHF pour la voiture , on s’attend légitimement à une expérience cohérente avec le standing annoncé. Or, découvrir sur la table du petit-déjeuner une pancarte moralisatrice du type « Feed your body, not the trash can. Take what you want to eat, eat all you take. » donne une impression très maladroite, presque culpabilisante pour le client. La lutte contre le gaspillage est un sujet sérieux, mais elle mérite d’être abordée avec élégance et cohérence. D’autant plus que l’état du mobilier — chaises visiblement usées et fatiguées — ne correspond pas au niveau de prix pratiqué. Avant de faire la leçon aux clients, il serait préférable de soigner l’état des installations et l’expérience globale. Le message passerait sans doute mieux. Enfin, il est important de préciser que dans ce bâtiment, les hôtels Ibis Budget, Ibis et Novotel partagent désormais la même réception et la même salle de petit-déjeuner. Tous les clients se retrouvent donc dans un espace commun, indépendamment de la catégorie de l’hôtel réservé. Cette organisation pose clairement question au regard du tarif élevé pratiqué par le Novotel.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse und sind ruhig.

Saubere und schöne Zimmer, Frühstück war OK. Service grösstenteils unfreundlich und inkompetent, von der Hotelbar konnten die Getränke nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht werden, obwohl nichts los war.

I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center.

Very close to the Lugano waterfront. 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel clean and well maintained.

Perfect for our 1- night stay. Market nearby to buy essentials and really quiet. The staff was amazing as well!

Für ein 4 Stern Hotel würde ich erwarten dass das Personal an der Bar und beim Frühstück netter wäre, kein Guten Tag, kein lächeln, sehr Schade. Auch beim Frühstück waren Hunde dabei, auch auf den Stühlen…naja!!! Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht immer aufgefüllt aber sehr grosszügig!
