The staff is extremely helpful. Because the day I stay is New Year Eve. My daughter wants to play firework. I find many shops and supermarkets but can’t find any. At last, I ask the receptionist who has golden moustache help me to check and call the shops one by one. However, all in Swiss are sold out. Until he finds one in France so that my daughter can play fireworks

location is very good, close to the almost largest shopping Center in the center of Geneva, and theBus stopsn are nearby.

- stylish room and helpful hotel staffs - only cross a street to local shopping mall - taxi to airport around 7-10 mins ( 23-35 Fr) if you cannot take local bus with many lungages

Rate is good as it is outside city centre. Hotel provides free bus tickets and is quite convenient. Park fee is a bit high. Good services. Air conditioning was not cool enough.

it was very suprising and weird. the room was unexpected, colors were strange, shower door had holes, it was an alright hotel, would recommended for short stays. No shuttle to airport, even though it is very close... but offers free bus cards (trips).

The pillows on the bed were horrible! The hotel itself was great. The staff was friendly in the area was nice.

Convenient hotel close to the airport. Room was cosy but fit 3 beds. There was a half bath and another room with shower/sink and a bar sink which was convenient for our family of 4. Parking is available on the premises. Airport shuttle isn’t provided.

Pulizia da migliorare..la camera era piena di polvere ..colazione buona e variegata ma servizio da migliorare molto..parte del personale poco disponibile..posizione buona per chi arriva all'aeroporto ma un po distante dal centro..nel complesso non all'altezza di un quattro stelle

Good location next to the airport and mall

Das Novotel ist immer praktisch für Business reisende.

Good clean and well maintained rooms, serviced every day. Location excellent for airport and quick transport to the city. Breakfast was good but expensive (as is everything in Geneva). Local shopping centre across the road. A good hotel for a city visit if you are out and about every day.

Surprise en apprenant que le parking etait payant ! 22 CHF par 24 heures (nous devions être présent 2 nuits mais nous sommes finalement resté 1 nuit. on a dû se garer devant l'hôtel sur des places interdit de stationner tellement le parking était plein. Heureusement que notre voiture n'a pas été accroché Hôtel tout de même propre

Excellent overall

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, our family room was perfect for the 4 of us with a separate toilet to the bath/shower room. Breakfast was great with a big selection and buffet style which is great with a family. Thank you for a great stay.
