格施塔德公园酒店

一開始很辛苦的扛著行李爬坡到飯店，沒有電梯而且住到頂樓，不過窗戶打開看到很漂亮的grindelwald view 就覺得非常值得！ 在小山丘上的飯店 非常的漂亮！

I can honestly say Park Gstaad is my favourite place I have ever stayed. Highly recommend Gstaad in summer and if you go then stay at Park! The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need, including the most stunning views. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. We visited some of the other hotels for drinks etc and all of them are lovely but we were so glad we were staying at Park. Also, I have a small dog and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that says it is dog friendly and really means it! That doesn’t mean there are lots of naughty dogs around but as a dog owner it was fabulous. And none of that compromises on the luxury, comfort of cleanliness f the hotel.

Best service ever, perfect location

Nice luxury hotel. However, the quality of the service at breakfast and in the lounge area was below expectations.

Amazing stay! Front desk worked very hard & went out of their way to make sure my children & I got to extend our stay per our last minute request.

We loved our three nights at the Park Gstaad. Service was excellent all around. Food was generally very good, Chubut was particularly nice - one of the better steaks we’ve had in Switzerland. We heard they are renovating soon… not necessary but I’m sure it will be taken to an even higher level. The main spaces could be a bit more generous in scale - but we found the rooms quite comfortable and liked the configuration which limits hallway/bathroom noise from the rest of the space. Only miss the whole stay was the sushi in the bar area… the quality was mediocre, rice was hard and cold on the maki. We have stayed at the Alpina and many other Gstaad/Swiss high end hotels - we consider the Park Gstaad near the top of the list and will be back.

Top Quality Hotel

Nice hotel but bad customer service

Un albergo assai grande ma non troppo, la suddivisione degli spazi lo rende molto conviviale. Gstaad è in questa conca attorniata da montagne, Pascoli, una magnifica oasi rilassante. Il mormorio in lontananza del fiume dalla nostra stanza è piacevolissimo. L’hôtel e Immerso nel verde, a due passi dal centro, servizio navette per chi lo desidera. Ristorante eccellente, tutto ottimo, un ‘assortimento adatto a varie culture e abitudini alimentari. Molto ben organizzati per le famiglie, giochi, menu, qualsiasi desiderio viene esaudito ( nei limiti del possibile!) Sevizio molto piacevole, cordiali, attenti, sorridenti. Torneremo per visitare i dintorni. Shopping!!!!

We always have a great stay here. This was an excellent stay for a family and a (big) dog. Great hotel and service.
