Very good breakfast

飯店位於聖莫尼茲的鬧區，附近有超市，離聖莫尼茲湖步行約10分鐘。飯店早餐雖簡單，但麵包、水果、咖啡、牛奶的自助吧，已夠給予我們一天滿滿的精神了！

Very basic facilities in rooms. The swimming pool was excellent for relaxation after a day's walk.

We paid almost $200 for the room for one night and they put us in a room in the back of the hotel where we had to climb up and down ladders to get to, even though the hotel had a very low occupancy rate. In my opinion, if they ever wanted us to return to their hotel in the future, they could have upgraded our room. On the plus side, they did have a shuttle to take us from and to the train station.

Dans l'ensemble cet établissement est correct et appréciable.

Ci hanno chiesto un upgrade per la camera che dicevano essere non pronta, la camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto carina è mi ha fatto piacere pagare un sovrapprezzo. Struttura molto confortevole e pulita.

Very comfortable stay. Older hotel but amenities all new !

As soon as you book, they send you a message that the place is a hostel attached to a 4 star hotel and maybe I would be happier if I upgraded. It was priced like a hotel. Since I was just staying the night between trains, I decided to be cheap in this overpriced town. When I arrived, the front desk person told me how to find the room, sort of. I had to take the elevator to 1, walk down a 1/2 flight of stairs, then walk to the end of the hall. That wasn't true. An arrow then pointed to go up a flight of stairs. There did not seem to be any rooms there. There was a dark unmarked hallway, that looked like a storage area. If you went down the hall and turned, there was the room. It was a dark dingy room. To get fresh air, I opened the window, but there was a rooftop/landing outside and anyone could have come in. If you advertise that the hotel has an elevator, you should not claim that if the elevator does not go to the floor on which your room is located. When I got up in the morning the hall light was switched off and did not go on with a sensor. I had to hind my way in the pitch black.

Wunderschönes Zimmer in einem gut gelegenen Hotel. Pool war super nach einem ganzen Tag im Zug.

Freundlicher Empfang, kleines Reservierungsproblem wurde sofort gelöst, gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Très bien reçu, en français, si nous revenons à St moritz nous choisirons cet hôtel

Alles war ein Erlebnis, das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber, das Zimmer sehr schön, die Küche einfach wunderbar und sehr fein, vielen Dank!

Einzelzimmer minimal und nicht ansprechend eingerichtet. Durchgelegene Matzratze, ausgefranste Handtücher, Blick auf Innenhof und Lüftung. Als Alleinreisender nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être « up-gradés » ce qui était profitable, comme le sauna et la piscine-espace détente
