Staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean It can be arrived by tram and bus within 5 mins walk

附近公車站多，交通方便，進市區約15分鐘。房間雖然不大但設備齊全，整體而言滿舒適的。

飯店設計很新穎, 房間很乾淨, 睡床很舒服, 房內還設有咖啡機, 很棒. 地點離電車站有一小段, 但環境很清幽. 惟浴室是透明玻璃而且沒有門, 透明玻璃是可以接受, 但沒有們就覺得有點濕.

It is a fairly unique hotel and offers good breakfast. The comfy is just fine although the location is a bit remote away from everything.

It's Morden and stylish. Only the location is little far from downtown. Overall everything is great!

But one bad point is the one piece glass of shower cube is too small that so easy split out the water on bedroom floor. You need to shower in carefully

這次入住了最高層11樓的角落全景房，景色真的很美，房間也很整潔，只是沖涼的地方，有多一道門就更好，以免水花四濺 前台服務員很有善也很耐心解答所有問題，亦儘量滿足我們的所有要求和需要 酒店交通其實很方便，附近也有個商場，整體來說這次入住經驗十分滿意，很推薦，下次去的話會再次入住

房間很漂亮很有設計感

The room is fairly big with modern decoration. The only problem is the air-con. There is not much air-con in the room and unable to adjust. It relies on the window with wind. If weather is not too hot, it will not be an issue. This hotel is located at very quiet neighborhood. Not everyone can accept the shower room especially from Asian countries......

Nice hotel with modern room design and with a wide scene when you look out from your room. The room was big enough but the bathing room seems a bit small. Nice and helpful staff during our checking in and queries. However the hotel was a bit far from the center of Zurich. You need to take 2 train stations from Zurich and with a bus transit for about 5 to 8 mins. Then take 3 mins walk to the hotel. There is no supermarket near the hotel but near the train station with coop and migros super store nearby.

出差住了2天，整體環境乾淨，有設計感，但位置有點偏僻，附近沒什麼餐廳或超市，如果自駕還可以，早餐一般般，房間大小約7~8坪，不算大，但衛浴設計很怪，全透明無遮，又沒門，洗澡完容易噴濕地板，單人住宿還可以，雙人住宿就很奇怪 !! 價格不算便宜，如果有其他選擇，可以再考慮一下 !!

一進入房間已經發現天花燈是壞的，地板亦有很多污漬，訂房時說是有冷氣，但事實是沒有的，沖涼後整個房間好似進入了蒸爐，焗到可以暈，但開窗後外來聲音又嘈,第二天晚上回來竟發現房內其他燈開着，再看插著匙咭位置被人插了一張職員開門的匙咭在那，應該是職員進入房時遺留，打算取回落櫃臺，開門時已發現對面房間住客亦有問題職員處理中，當時在想為什麼酒店開業只是一年左右，房間是這樣狀態呢，地點亦很偏遠，完全不方便，周邊是地盤，沒有太多人經過，晚上回來時就更加靜，更要提高驚覺，下次不會再選擇

除了位置遠離市中心外（出入一定要搭電車，但都算方便），其他方面都很好。早餐豐富，員工樂助，酒店很新。總之，非常滿意。

I booked a corner room with pretty good view, nice experience!

It is nice place stay for a family. It is not at City Center, but close and easy to get there through the Tram system. Staff are courteous and attentive. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are neat and nice. Very clean.

Very bad

We had booked 2 night stay at Placid Hotel. The only positive features that I can recommend is that a) It's located in non crowded area and has good connections to the city centre. b) The rooms were big enough and the breakfast was good. However I would not book the hotel again for the following reason a) We have to change twice from Zurich HB Station, once by train and again by bus to avoid using a taxi or walking with our luggages b) The hotel room lacks Wifi and we were without Wifi for 2 days. When checked at reception, we were told that there was a fault that they will fix it but later i realised that the rooms were far away from the router. c) The hotel room is ultra modern but who will put a big mirror in the toilet? there were big enough wardrobes that could fit many mirrors! the shower was open without privacy and it's not suitable if you want to stay with a family including young persons. d) There was no airconditioner and we couldn't sleep the last night as it was hot and we were scare to open the window from the 10th floor as it open vertically leaving a big opening. e) Most importantly there was a fire alarm on the 24th august and all guests had to run down the stairs at 5am from the top floors and be at the open ground with scanty clothes for 45 minutes. We were told that the hot shower triggered the alarm that the fire brigade had to come and close the incident. We then had to climb 10 floor as lifts were not be used. Our sleep was disturbed and so had to ca

Nice rooms and friendly staff

Beautifully designed and maintained hotel at a reasonable price. Our room was very clean and spacious with large floor to nearly ceiling windows looking out over Zürich. The staff was very courteous. We arrived early and were allowed to check in as our room was ready. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Struttura lontana rispetto al centro. Più adatta se si ha una macchina. I mezzi pubblici sono disponibili ma bisogna sopportare le tante fermate per arrivare nelle aree turistiche. Stanze curate ma troppo design con doccia completamente trasparente che non dà spazio alla privacy, soprattutto se non è un viaggio di fidanzati
