Nice stay

Great hotel, handy location

Good Location near train station and bars/restaurants

Good for a short stay. Bathroom lacks privacy but still good facilities. Toilet sink and shower are in the same spot.

Location is good, easy to get to train station as well as local transport. However, the room did not have enough space to even open our luggage. We have to move the chair around in order to accommodate our luggage. The street traffic also generates lots of noise throughout day and night.

It was made clear on booking that I needed to check in at least 24 hours before arrival as there is no reception at the property. I tried to do this by communicating with them on the Hotels app. I was supposed to be sent a secure link in order to check in. I had a couple of messages asking for my email address, which I gave, but the app hides the details. They then stopped responding to my messages. Wholly unsatisfactory and I didn’t even attempt to arrive at the property as I hadn’t checked in. A very poor service and I am financially out of pocket as I had paid in full up front.

It's more like an AirBnB, as there is no reception. It was hard to access the building with the code - it didn't always work. The rooms were compact but comfy, but a little noisy. Good value for central Geneva though

There is no reseption

To be honest, this hotel is not too bad, clean and safe. But it’s not convenient cause it’s keyless and contactless, no any staff inside the hotel, no one can help you if something goes wrong. I didn’t have any problems to get in, but I had a hard time to get out after I checked out. I call the hotel number but nobody pick up my phone call. I stuck inside the hotel (apartment) a while til I got someone’s help who just passed door, I gave a code to him and opened door outside for me. It was a very bad experience, because I had to catch a train.

Great location, nice clean and modern - good for short city stays. Suggest expanding the type of toiletries kept in the accommodation (i.e. disposable toothbrush)

Il s'agit plutôt d'une chambre RBNB et non d'un hôtel ! La chambre est propre et confortable mais il n'y a pas de table ni de chaise pour travailler. Il service est inexistant car il n'y a aucun personnel sur place ni desk d'accueil. La procédure de check-in est au travers d'un formulaire internet dont la protection des données n'est pas assurée. Il faut encoder des codes de carte de crédit ; ce qui n'est absolument acceptable en terme de sécurité. Vous aurez a payer une taxe de séjour en plus de votre réservation sur place. Mais il n'y a personne pour la percevoir.

The property is clean and nice to stay

Almost everything was great. My only issue was that my particular room faced the very noisy main street with racing motors and sirens which made it very noisy and thus difficult to sleep. Other than that, great value for the money.

Excellent location and at an affordable price. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and was modern and clean. It has everything you need for a short stay in Geneva. The rooms don't have 'bathrooms', they are more showers with toilets in them, so not much privacy if you're sharing a room!

Arrival 16:00 Departure 10:30 a little short… in most of the hotels in Switzerland the checkout is around 12:00 The windows are not the best, not soundproof, therefore very noisy. No personal, nobody around, and online check in is not working well, as you’re not really informed that you should still check your email, fill out forms and pay online the city tax.
