The hotel location is isolated, but which means it is quite good when you walk down from Gornergrat and you can get rest at night without any disturbance from noise. Moreover, please get a room with Matterhorn view if you can, it is fantastic to see Matterhorn when you wake up in the morning.

半山的位置很不错，比3100更近距离看马特洪峰，酒店早晚饭都不错，spa浴缸和桑拿是最大亮点，顿时值回房价。然而美中不足的是马特洪峰景客房除了最前面的两间，其它的都不像3100是面对山峰，必须要去阳台才能看到，冷了一点

Bei der Anreise sehr freundliche Aufnahme u. auch der Hund wird vom Personal willkommen aufgenommen.Die grosse Sonnenterrasse und der Saunabereich mit einmaligen Blick aufs Matterhorn bieten viel Raum zum Relaxen. Beim Dinner war das 4-Gang Menü ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss.

This is the same use as last year. The location, food, cleanliness, and the view from the hotel are great. The staff are very kind. I would like to take advantage of the next opportunity.

We booked three 4 star hotels in the journey. This one is the best in all aspect, especially the bathroom.

ここでしかできない、印象的な滞在を経験できました。マッターホルンを間近に眺めながらのサウナが最高！スタッフも礼儀正しくフレンドリーで良かったです。早朝や夜の静寂に包まれた山々を感じられるので、本当にお勧めです。

We had the most unforgettable stay at Riffelhaus 1853, and I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team here. Dior and Sven went above and beyond for us, and every single staff member made us feel truly cared for over the last four days. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference in the unique situation we were all just in. That kind of service is rare, and it meant the world to us. We wouldn’t trade the experience we just had for anything. We’re leaving with full hearts and a deep appreciation for all the people who made it so special. We will definitely be back—and until then, we’ll be singing the praises of Riffelhaus to everyone we know. Thank you for everything. You truly are something special!

Lo único que vale la pena es el jacuzzi pero puedes pagar por ir a tomarte las fotos, el lugar está lejos del mundo es muy caro transportarte tienes límite de tiempo para hacer actividades no hay comida, fuera de eso si planeas tener una luna de miel sin salir del hotel si es recomendable .

Ein magischer Ort

Our experience was excellent from start till end! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They seemed to enjoy being there and brought a good vibe to the place. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. This was definitely one of the best stays of our lives. We hope to be back again!!

A fantastic place to stay, high up in the Alps. Staff was always very professional and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The views from the rooms are world class. Highly recommended.

Above expectations all around. We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was perfect. Tranquil, separated from the aprés scene, perfect ski in ski out for first tracks every day before the gondolas started bringing people from town. Breakfast and dinner were included and absolutely top tier dining every day. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The baggage service from the train was incredibly helpful so that we didn’t have to haul our luggage across the ski hill. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We plan on returning!
