Excellent location on Lake Lucerne. Parking is limited. Menu was somewhat limited, but the food and staff were excellent .

The property was lovely but we specifically asked for accommodation with a restaurant and when we arrived they told us that the restaurant is closed on a Monday. I think that that should be made clear when you are booking. We would have chosen alternative accommodation.

Our stay was memorable and beautiful. We loved the balcony with a view of the lake. Also really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the lake. Perfect location for the Rose Festival. The room was cozy and had nice amenities like coffee and water. Breakfast was excellent with many options. I highly recommend the Beau Rivage for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of Lucerne.

This was our favorite hotel stay on our trip in Europe. The views are amazing, and it's right on the water. The room was a decent size, and although the hotel is older, the bathroom and room have been upgraded. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We came at the end of summer season, so the town was very quiet and slow, but it was a perfect time for the end of our honeymoon.

Hidden gem.. if you are looking to get away from the city but still be a boat ride away from Lucerne, this is it! Pool nice.. grounds clean and on the water. Close to ferry service. Really good food and service. Vlad at the front desk and Nello in the dining room exceptional.

Wonderful location on the lake . Staff member helpful. Hole in wall caused by door handle , needs repairing and door stop put there. Room was very worn and bed and head board definitely need replacing , 2 single beds put together with a big dip in the middle , not the most comfortable bed . Village view room looked at roofs , quite noisy in the street below . Breakfast was average and hot breakfast only luke warm Pool and jacuzzi were nice , lovely area to relax . We enjoyed a very relaxing stay here . The hotel contacted us by email on our second day saying they like to have an excellent review and to speak to them if we had any concerns , we did speak to reception about the state of the bed and headboard and were told sorry to hear that !

The hotel is located about a 40 minute ride from the city of Lucerne. In an exquisite location on Lake Lucerne with breathtaking views of snow capped mountains and lush green vistas. The restaurant was outstanding with a quality breakfast that I can’t imagine not satisfying the toughest critique. Dinners were first class delicious and the wait staff very professional yet quite affable. The room was spacious, nice shower. They are in need of some minor touch up to bring it up to the quality of everything else.

Absolutely stunning location on the lake shore. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was excellent. Parking was very straight forward at the hotel. Must visit hotel. Superb

Great Hotel away from the crowd which is a short drive from main city of Luzern. Nice breakfast with excellent staff.

Very well managed property with picturesque views and nice staff. We are a family of 4 and everyone enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back when we have a chance.

The furnishings are dated.

Gorgeous location on Lake Lucerne. They have a lovely backyard with tables to sit by the water. The room was average. There were cobwebs all over the ceiling and light fixtures and a ton of dust on the light fixture above the bed which tells me they don’t really clean thoroughly. Bathroom renovated but the actual room felt old. No air conditioning. You have to use a metal key to lock the door from the inside as well as the safe so don’t lose they which you have to take with you. The hot tub was only set to a Luke warm temp so it was not relaxing, it felt cold to be in there and you have to pre- arrange with the desk to turn on the steam room, otherwise it does not operate and no way to ask them once you are in the spa without getting out and drying off and going back into the hotel. You have to walk outside to access the spa.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! It is a very quaint and charming hotel. It’s name is definitely a reflection of the hotel! The staff and service is exceptional! They are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. They really made our vacation experience that much more special! This hotel is all about service and giving you that special touch. We will most definitely be back!

The staff was incredible! Went above and beyond to help find repair options for my son’s glasses. Pool was nice. Loves sitting out by the lake with my am coffee, just beautiful! Did not eat in restaurant $$$$. Wish they had AC.
