A heritage building in a gorgeous location and close to the bus stop to and from St Moritz. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast.

We only had about 14 hours there and wish we could have stayed longer. This is a grand old hotel that has been well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very elaborate and had made to order omelets with many pastries.

Gentle man at guess check in was over the top with service and kindness very knowledgeable made me feel like great hotel at home- so wonderful

I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel.

Front desk people were not very friendly. Not easy to find out about ski room and no one helped with skis or getting in room. The walk there was not plowed or safe, very icy. The hotel van was not offered to us. Breakfast was good.

The bar is overpriced and very slow service. Amenities are very old, they still use a physical key to enter the room. It is very overpriced for what you get. Spa area is nice and the breakfast is also good

Schöner Wellnessbereich und Schwimmbad. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Milchkaffees schlechte Qualität. PP in Tiefgarage (18 CHF pro Nacht) und auch PP draussen (gratis) verfügbar. Badzimmer: keine Waschlappen, Ablagemöglichkeit OK, Hotelföhn vorhanden, Shampoo, Duschfit, Seife, Body Lotion. Bademäntel und Slippers auf dem Zimmer. Sehr ringhörig. Tresor vorhanden. Man könnte ab 3 Nächten Skitickets für 47 CHF pro Tag kaufen. Aber nur wenn man für alle Tage einen Skipass nimmt. Freundlicher Staff. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und verwinkelt. Zufahrt mit Rotlicht.

Great hotel with wonderful amenities included such as their spa, full breakfast with so many options and shuttle to skiing in Celerina. Everyone was so nice and helpful, plus they did speak a bit of English or other languages. Also, the local bus was very close to the hotel to take into St. Moritz. Will definitely stay here again when in the St. Moritz area.

Friendly staff, very nice clean hotel and spa. Hotel needs a little bit of refurbishment.

Just returned from a weeks stay with my son & we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view from our window was spectacular, shuttle bus to the gondola in celerina was perfect & they will also bring you back if you call them when you’re ready, we used the local bus though as they’re super efficient & included in the price of your ski pass locally. Ask about the stay & ski pass, so much cheaper!

I had two rooms one for my parents and the other for me, my parents room had a public bathroom smell and we told them and they said they will check it the smell never went away and they did not change the room never!!!! The other room was okay but was noisy all the time!! you could hear the water from the drains in the top rooms like if they were next to you. The curtain blackout had a gap in the middle about 6inches wide every time a car pass at night the room got light up! would not recommend definitely would not be staying there again

Warm friendly welcome which made our stay extremely pleasurable.

We only stayed here for one night but we had a great time. make sure you try out the spa when you visit.

View from our room was amazing. Interestingly, we were on floor -1 and it seemed like an unwanted stepchild of floors. All the lights in our hallway turned on only when you entered it. The overhead lights, paint and carpet were all old school--real old school. It was a bit of a "Shining" moment each time I stepped into that dark corridor. This is a large, statuesque hotel. It could use some painting and additional care that a formidable building like this needs. But that can only be done in the summer months, so not casting any stones. All things considered, a nice experience and I'm happy to recommend. If your primary destination is St. Moritz, I might suggest staying there. I found the Bus drivers and train personnel to be a completely unhelpful awful lot, and bussing it down to the station and over to St. Moritz sation was a considerable hassle (in my opinion) every day. That aside, the hotel experience was great. I would stay here again if my primary destination wasn't St. Moritz.

Extremely slow dinner service whilst being ignored and forgotten about when asking for simple things such as salt/pepper and sauce for dinner. Not very friendly staff. Long wait for check out in the morning with only one person serving at the desk. Lady asked if we had a nice stay, we said so so based on the overall service we’ve received and she said oh ok thank you for letting me know but didn’t do anything about it. Lack of care and lack of overall customer experience. Taxi in to St Mortiz from the hotel was 55CH for less than a 10 min drive. Hotel didn’t warn us and there was a bus directly outside of the hotel which we could have used which was 5CH each. Exactly the same door to door experience.
