Beautiful hotel with amazing views, staff, and breakfast. The bar is absolutely fabulous! Would recommend anytime!

具有歷史的飯店，房間大小適中，早餐品質優良（可以自己水煮蛋），若房間能面湖景就更棒了！車站有點距離，推行李爬坡有點辛苦，但可以搭公車到附近，還算方便！離超市頗遠。

The room was big enough for family and the breakfast with a little different kind of food was acceptable.

住宿部分沒有什麼問題，有浴缸讓我能泡澡非常舒服。飯店距離車站不能說很遠，但由於高海拔及需要爬坡，拉著行李前往真的是很辛苦，建議花錢請飯店報名接送會比較好。

Staffs are so helpful n friendly

Like it the way it was so well kept as it is a very historical hotel. Booked a lake view room during december. The view is stunning even though lake st moritz is not yet frozen. seeing sunrise from the room guarantees a good start of the day.

面对雪山和湖水，景色太美。酒店很有年代感，非常精致，去火车站的交通稍微有点不方便，不过可以联系酒店接送。大概6欧。

飯店舒適乾淨，房間面對湖泊視野好，雖然離車站有點距離(步行15分鐘)，但飯店有代收行李的服務，"大廳接待員"服務很好，因隔天趕早班火車去Zermatt ，她很貼心的幫我們準備餐合，讓我們在火車上吃，還主動幫我們打電話詢問有關行李寄送事情，讓我們此次行程很輕鬆，不用托著笨重的行李去車站。

The lake view is fabulous. We really enjoy the view from our room.

酒店住宿总体条件较好，离车站虽然不是很远，但从车站步行至酒店一直在上坡，如果行李较多，还是乘坐taxi或预定酒店shuttle较好。工作人员很热情，早餐种类丰富。

離車站步行約15分鐘，餐廳、超市及商店街就在附近，房間較小，廁所較老舊但餐廳湖景很漂亮

All good except bit inconvenient for different restaurant choice

廁所不整潔同潔具陳舊，整間房間裝修也很舊，連房門也很難開，房間無插頭要到廁所叉電。訓完張床全身有紅疹。

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The view is fantastic. However, there is a bag of food/leftover/trash left by previous customer in the closet, which is a bit scary. There is no kettle in the room, which is a bit inconvenient when one wants warm drinking water. The floor squeak whenever you walk. The water temperature control is very unstable, it can get from warm to really cold and to really hot within seconds so don't get a shower, use the bath tube so that you can be sure of the water temperature.
