Great hotel. Good breakfast. Service was great. Bit noisy at night - from road but they provide earplugs 😀. Convenient location.

Booked 2 standard room but one room was quite small. Need to ask staff to remove a sofa chair in order to have more space.

Nice hotel. Parking a problem. No possibilty to stopover at checkin. Personell at breakfast horrible. We and others were treated as children when we didn’t understand how to order a omelette. No one explained or showed us a table. Plates were missing. NO don’t stay here if you think service comes with 4,5 stars. I will never stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. And probably the best gym that a hotel has ever provided me on my stays. Fully recommend.

The hotel was located in a prime location to walk about the city. Staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Very noisy hotel. Room keys don’t work, cleaning services wasn’t great either. Not a quality you would expect for a 4* hotel.

I'm a regular with this hotel, having stayed many times over the years. This time though is was about 30c outside, and the AC in the room was terrible - I had a hot uncomfortable night. I think I will stay away from here in the summer time from now on

Only in Zurich for one night and wanted proximity to the main train station as well as comfort. The Seidenhof delivered both. Prices in Zurich are above average and my relatively affordable room was small but cozy. Loved the prints and old photos; nice bath and comfy bed. Great breakfast too. Passing back through and hope to stay again.

Loved it! A real gem in the city of Zurich right by Bahnhofstrasse. Very reasonable and the reception staff were amazing!! They made me a coffee and ensured l got breakfast

Très bien situé, accès facile depuis la gare, calme, accès au centre-ville, chambres rénovées, bien équipée, parfait pour court ou moyen séjour.

Room was clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. However: 1) room check-in was delayed for about 1.5hours! Imagine being tired from the flight and room wasn’t ready at check-in time. 2) wasn’t able to cast your netflix on TV even though the TV had a QR code with instructions. Was told by reception it doesn’t work. 3) called on Saturday to pick up laundry, they said laundry service is only available on weekdays so they will pick up first and return on Monday. Didn’t pick up and I had to call them again on Monday. Overall, room is good but service can be better

The staff @ the reception are so helpful & friendly. The hotel location is perfect. The rooms are clean & specious.

Hotel is convenientlu situated. Almost everything is within a walking distance. Breakfast was hogh quality. Received my room later than 3pm due to fully booked. I did not like that part. Other than that it is aperfect stay.
