Our family of four stayed one night in the Sorell. We loved it! Beautiful grounds for a lovely dinner. We could see the mountains in the distance over the lake, what a view!
The kids were able to play on swings and see saw. Adorable!

Loved the Sorell Boutique in Zurich. Absolutely beautiful area and views. Easy to get into downtown Zurich using the tram from the zoo. Super staff! Loved our waiter, Oliver, who took our breakfast order. So professional and friendly. Our room was just perfect for our first 2 nights of our two week trip to Switzerland. Looking forward to spending our last night there before we head home.

总体不错，在市区的东北方向，半山腰上，可俯瞰苏黎世湖景，清晨及黄昏景色非常棒，公共交通也很发达，可坐6号电车，自驾则更方便，唯一一点不好，湖景房套间需要从地下一层穿过，且没有电梯，走螺旋状扶梯，感觉不太安全

地址好找，停车方便，去购物开车时间也不算太长，旁边就是FIFA总部和苏黎世动物园，挺好的酒店

Great location for hotel with views over Zurich and lake. Room was very clean and housekeeping team were excellent, however the rooms need air conditioning rather than a portable fan which couldn’t cope with the heat of the room

The team welcomed us well, we noticed in interxonnecting door that would be great to have open but was key locked, on speaking to reception it’s was not a problem and in no time a member of the team was in and opening. They recommended a great place to eat on our first evening after a long day of travelling. Coupled with amazing views we had a great stay thank you.

Hotel charmoso. Pessoal atencioso, principalmente a mulher portuguesa que nos atendeu no café da manhã. Ela fez valer as 5 estrelas no atendimento. O restaurante de founde do hotel eh mto bom. 4 estrelas para o quarto porque entra luz pela janela do banheiro no quarto. Tb sentimos falta de algo p comer quando chegamos as 11 pm no hotel.
Mas o hotel merece 4,5 estrelas, como nao seria possível dar essa nota, achei mais justo dar 5 estrelas e nao 4.
