Wonderful experiences, definitely would like to come back again!

地理位置很方便，從Genève 車站步行到酒店大概20分鐘左右，亦可由Genève 搭至Servette，再步行到酒店3分鐘。酒店樓下就有超市，房間亦有廚房，方便煮食。房間也有洗衣機，但有點嘈吵和大震動，最後放棄洗衣。整體都很好。

Good stay lovely hotel,Key system a bit confusing and reliable on you having a phone and internet impossible to leave your phone in the room otherwise you can access the hotel,Glass doors on bathroom are a bit dangerous could easily walk into them,communal area on 9th floor is fantastic.would definately stay again

Our second Koooky stay in Switzerland but this one not as good as Bern. The same as Bern, the connection did not work all the time. Switches need labeling - so much time wasted figuring out what switch turns what item on and off, then trying to remember it the next day! The space in the sleeping area was smaller in this than in Bern, which made it harder for 2 people to get in and out of bed during the night. Again only one chair given for 2 people, so we had to use the tiny stool that was in the bathroom. The dishwasher was full of water in the bottom - this should have been checked after last guest left. It was obviously faulty. Great bathroom!

I had a great experience as a solo traveller. The laundry and luggage storage facilities were very convenient and easy to use. The room was perfect for me, and the kitchen was very helpful to have. The hotel is right across from a metro stop and a 15 minute walk from the main train station.

Very good hotel, not like regular one but more hi-tech and convenience, the 9th floor public room is really good for travellers, free coffee tea and so much more amenities, even has a free laundry room, definitely will be back again if stay in Geneva

I didn't know exactly what to expect with the lack of front desk, but hosts were available during the day and were very kind and helpful. On Swiss National Day, they hosted a party for hotel guests in the common area, which was lovely and ended with fireworks visible from the 9th floor terrace. The location was extremely convenient for getting around Geneva, and the room and facility were immaculate and comfortable. Just a great experience!

Beds very comfy

Studio was perfect for our family. Easy access to trolley and bus lines. Clean and modern space and amenities. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

this is a very futuristic hotel with ease of use. rooms is almost soundproof. did not hear a thing once blinds closed and doors closed. the public space is amazing with free laundry services and coffee available 24 hrs. hosts are quite helpful and available. would highly recommend for value and proximity to downtown as well as airport thanks

The location is close to the train station which worked for us. The room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. The common area was lovely and provided a comfortable space to hang out. I appreciated the safe place to leave baggage.

Excellently located aparthotel in Geneva - tram station just outside connecting to all parts of Geneva. Very modern rooms and facilities. Creative use of space within a confined area. Main downside is the rooms are a bit small as part of the space is creatively engineered to provide kitchen facility. Checking was also very modern, digitally managed - works well but challenging if not digitally savvy

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kooook this summer. The hotel is super fun, clean, economical and high tech. We especially enjoyed the shared common area on the 9th floor and our kids loved playing the shared games up there. The hotel features a really cool key system that controls the front door, luggage storage, and you actual room all from one place on you phone! Finally the hosts were absolutely amazing. Anything you need is available…more toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, pillows etc. On our last night there something went weird with the electrical in our room and they swiftly moved us to another room for one night. They truly made our stay that little extra special.

The room was clean and you can go up to the 9th floor to common area and get coffee, water and do laundry if you don’t want to use the wash machine in your room. You can also work in the common are as there is sitting areas and a kitchen

The property was very clean and tidy and ideally situated on a tram line. Very convenient javing a Migros next door

Convenient bus/train stop and groceries right outside the door.
