NICE

Clean and tidy.

接待人員服務非常好。 床不夠舒適。 房間臨主要道路，因無空調所以一直可以聽到往來車駛過聲音。 歐陸式早餐也還不錯。

There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. Breakfast was horrible. I would have change hotels but could find anything last minute. I’m also pregnant and am worried about how the air quality may have impacted the baby.

Ok hôtel. Right on the highway. Nothing special but convenient.

Tip top gegangen, gerne wieder und empfehlen

Hotel is nice and in comparison to prices in Lucerne is a deal. That being said, the pillows needed to be changed years ago. One of mine was basically in 2 pieces and was only useable folded in half. Trash was still in the trash can from the prior guest and I could tell that was a female based on some Bathroom floor hair. Breakfast was great, staff was great and I’d probably still stay here again.

Freundliche Begrüssung an der Reception und schneller Check-In (es gibt auch einen Self-Check-In Schalter). Zimmer waren gross und sauber, Badezimmer eher klein. Keine Klimaanlage - hat uns nicht gestört, da es nicht heiss war. Das Kissen war für mich schrecklich. Frühstück und Parkplatz waren im Preis inklusive. Frühstück war grosszügig, brauche nichts anderes. Aber, dass die Gipfeli, Toastbrot etc. nicht aus der Schweiz waren, das war für mich enttäuschend. Es war aber alles wunderbar deklariert - was ich wiederum sehr positiv werte. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe und alle waren zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

The room was super hot. No AC, just a small fun. We had to open the windows but the noise from the cars outside was awful.

Très bon séjour d’une nuit. Personnels à l’écoute et bienveillant. Situation idéale. Mais tarif élevé.

Beautiful mountain view from some rooms. However, ground floor of the building is a bus garage and it's noisy and not a good location for a hotel. Amenities in the room are minimal. Overall, I'd say it's a 2-star not a 3-star as shown here.p

Good stop over hotel. Easy to reach next to highway. Modern and spacious room (Family of 4). Not cheap but as breakfast was included and free parking as well, it was ok in the end also price wise.

Odalar temiz karşılama güler yüzlü. Sıcak yaz aylarında hayatımda daha sıcak bir odada yatmak zorunda kalmadım çünkü klima yok. İçerisi resmen sauna gibiydi. Dışarı çıkıp bir hava almak istediğimde de otelin önünde veya çevresinde dışarıda bir bank veya bir masanın olmayışı klimayla birlikte büyük eksiklik.
