The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.

The hotel was great. They were nice to give us an extra large room since we were traveling with 3. One of the only hotels that gave water out which was so nice! Breakfast was excellent. My only issue was that 'maintainance' came into our room without knocking, and it was 3 men. We were all dressed, but easily could not have been. That felt a little violating.

The Hey Hotel is stylish and modern and centrally located. The hotel appears to comprise 2-3 connected buildings, so finding the proper place to enter and the proper hallway to get to your room can be a minor challenge. The main restaurant is touristy and nothing special, but the breakfast room was large and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast buffet was larger and better than average.

Super dejligt hotel. Ikke den smukkeste placering i området, men meget praktisk. Venligt personale og gode værelser. Dog meget lydt.
Vi havde svært ved at falde i søvn for trampen ovenpå. Morgenmaden var ufattelig kaotisk. Godt udvalg, men UTROLIG mange mennesker og de løb hele tiden tør for æg osv.
