The location is super convenient! Walkable from Interlaken West and there are buses that bring us to different towns.
Reception is very helpful in our enquiries
Room is clean and spacious too.
Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference.

The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.

The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.
