The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.

在瑞士少有包含空調的酒店。雖然空調不算很強，但已感到舒適寫意，房間裏也有一把風扇備用。房內放行李的位置燈光較為昏暗。 酒店距離火車站步行15分鐘，或可以在火車站外乘坐巴士，一個站就下車了。前台接待員非常友善，早餐水準很高、有熱食。浴室的花灑水壓很強。非常值得推薦的酒店！

Nice location with the free bus service. Close to the meeting point of paragliding. Near the supermarket! It’s worth to stay. Will come here next time

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, von hier aus ließ sich vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer selbst war eher klein, für mein Zwecke aber ausreichend. Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht, gute Auswahl. Ein Wermutstropfen: Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es keine eigenen Parkplätze sondern die Im parkhaus, welches aber viele freie Plätze hatte.

The hotel is not nice. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, they don't clean the rooms properly and the breakfast has very bad quality.

Good location, good staff, good selection of breakfast, and I arrived a little bit earlier and was able to check in upon arrival.

Super helpful staff with a nice spacious and clean room. Basically right inbetween Interlaken and Interlaken West train stations and right in the centre of the town. Staff were very informative when asking questions about the area and nearby landmarks. Highly reccommend this hotel!

They are lots a restaurants in the surrounding aréa. I would have liked a refregerator in the room.

Parking is available in back of hotel but complicated to access. Property, family room and breakfast were very nice. Location also great and close to shops. But AC did not work and drain in shower was slow to drain. Seems like things they will fix eventually but it diminished our family stay.

La propiedad tiene una decoración linda, pero en general es obscuro y las áreas generales están sucias, particularmente las alfombras. En nuestra habitación había hormigas y las toallas se veían desgastadas. El desayuno es variado, pero de sabor regular. El restaurante necesitas más limpieza. El personal de recepción es muy amable.

Very clean room with daily cleaning services. Breakfast had plenty of options. Great location. Much closer to Interlaken West, but both train stations are walkable.

Where to start.....this is obviously a low budget hotel that caters to large tourist groups arriving by bus. The lobby and dining areas are reasonably attractive. But when you get to your room you go down a dingy hall and arrive at a grey cement stucco room. It is furnished with the cheapest furniture possible. Nothing to warm the room up in terms of any kind of color. There is no art on the walls. No rugs. My impression was that the best way to clean the room would be to simply hose it down. They are definitely nickel and diming you - you don't get even a glass to drink water out of. You get one cheap plastic glass. The duvet and pillow covers were fine but the actual bottom mattress sheet was substantially a cheaper quality. I think it was about to pill. The breakfast was disappointing. I got scrambled eggs. At least I thought they were scrambled eggs. But they were some kind of ersatz fake nightmare. So on to the fruit - the pineapple looked like it have been wheeled out for days. Everything was canned. Children were sneezing onto the food everywhere. But the surprise is that they put salad greens out. This was a first for me. To see salad greens for breakfast. Maybe I should have had salad for breakfast because the rest was unpalatable. And due to the high volume of people they were having trouble staying on top of keeping it clean. Bottom line, I would never go back to this hotel. But the people working there were very nice. This inferior hotel is way overpriced.

It’s an ok hotel but rooms are very hot. No microwave, fridge, phone, or suitcase stand. Not a wide selection for breakfast
