It was magical entering this hotel on a little electric trolley via stone cave! I felt like James Bond. The staff was incredible and so helpful - they even remembered my activities that I had mentioned and asked me how they were. Breakfast was delicious!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff and wonderful location. We spent 3 nights and all was wonderful. Truly 5 stars. Breakfast has so many options and again, staff were all amazing.

This was one of the worst hotels during my entire vacation in Switzerland. I have no idea how google put it as one of the luxurious hotel in Zermatt, this being at the worst location. It was NOT worth $900/night hotel and I feel very bad and sorry to have stayed. I skipped the 2nd night without even being compensated

The rooms were not luxe or special but the location was perfect along with the service.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels in the world including Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental. However, this hotel the Omnia was the BEST stay ever. Attention to detail in beautiful design (architecture, furnishings, even the soap dish which looks like TBM- Tunnel Boring Machine- and attentive service were totally exceptional. Now I am staying at Park Hyatt Zürich and it looks so ugly compared to the Omnia. They don’t have any fundamental philosophy about creating a space. At the Omnia, I made a last minute appointment for the spa, and they made it happen. Phillip noticed I was near the lobby and he ran to tell me the appointment was actually created. Pool and spa area were gorgeous and relaxing. The library with the fireplace was a nice touch. Their collections of art books was better than New York public library. I learned how the design affects humans while staying at the Omnia. Life and living can be a theee dimensional (or four) art. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay there! Best of luck to the designers, architectures, management team and all the employees.

Great location to explore town and a short walk to the gondolas for Matterhorn. You also get great views of the town. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Excellent stay, wonderful hotel with nice amenities and attentive staff. Convenient location. Would stay here again. Note the rooms don’t have air conditioning and it gets pretty warm in August, but you can request a fan.

Schönes, grosses Zimmer mit Blick auf Zermatt. Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbäder, Pool und Aussen-Whirlpool. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Our stay was perfect! The staff is both friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was perfect every morning. Location is ideal!

Wonderfull staff ..from pick up at train station to welcome at hotel and then stay and final good bye .. they really make you feel like king .. you feel like you are on vacation and small to small request has been fulfilled .. they all are super nice .. will come gain .. view is great and food is excellent

We had the most amazing stay at the Omnia this weekend. The staff were extremely friendly and looked after our every need. Cant fault a thing! They were extremely thoughtful to make an anniversary weekend unforgettable. The Omnia has made us customers for life this weekend, and we will be back many times in the future.
