Good location

極近火車站，員工非常友善，可惜房內沒有水煲，但餐廳有24小時任飲咖啡，茶，朱古力。 沐浴屏封有洞位，會漏水出浴缸外

Nice Location.

新型酒店設備新，入住快速有效率，在酒店大堂有咖啡機，24小時有咖啡及熱水茶包任用任飲。房間不大但是設計用盡所有空閒，所以空間感十足，浴室細小但不覺得狹窄，沖涼空間足夠，酒店職員多數是年青人工作有效率亦有熱誠，早餐好吃有鮮榨果汁及咖啡熱茶任飲。

It's very closed to Geneva Station and the staff are nice and helpful.

酒店位置一流, 離火車站和巴士站對面, 很方便, 房間整潔. 早餐很好.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias, bien ventiladas e iluminadas. Todo fue excelente

L'employé chargé de nous accueillir était très gentil et serviable.

The whole toilet was loose (not only the lid!) - no other room was available at the time. Also some dirty areas which shows the cleaning personel is in a rush.

My room reservation was canceled because I arrived one day late, even though my stay was fully paid to Hotels.com. I was told at first that I will be reimbursed, then they found a room for me that was located right above a dumpster. The bathroom sink was smelling, I had to call the reception desk the next morning and they sent someone who poured some hot liquid in the sink. It worked for one day only. The bed sheets were dirty, I think they never changed them from the previous guest. My phone and laptop were"hacked". No room services. I had to move to another hotel (the Nash Hotel ) near the airport for my last night in Geneva, which was a breath of fresh air!

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael. They helped us to navigate around the city explaining the different options. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are good. Right across from the train station that would get you straight to the airport. Decent hotel.

Very convenient location.

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Zimmer zur Straße hin lagen, konnte man den Verkehrslärm -allerdings sehr gedämmt - hören. Als Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen war die Lage optimal.

Very close to the central train station. And the room is very clear.

There was no hot water for the whole of the hotel on the morning we woke up - made for a very cold shower!
