Only loud trains but all Great

the room was so tiny

First of all - the hotel team denied check in stating that they couldn't find the reservation at all. And more surprisingly, Expedia team comes back stating they will not be in a position to grant refund in this instance. i dont understand how on earth one can find this just and fair. I am completely upset with the way how this case is dealt with - both by Expedia & Vision apartments

The odor in the facility was awful and to the point that we had to get out of there. Do not book. There are much better options out there

The AC was not working. We found a fan that we used but we had to open the window. Since we are just next to the train station, the noice was constent.

First and foremost, the room we were placed in had a door that didn’t lock. When we tried to leave, we tried everything to get the door to close behind us, but the door could actually be pushed open without even turning the knob. With no way to leave, we had to call and inform the staff, who told us to just wait in the room for someone to come fix it. Of course, we don’t want to waste our day sitting in their broken apartment waiting on a repair worker, so we asked to have our room changed instead, and they said they’d email us, which took almost 45 minutes while we sat in the room without any AC. We tried to crack a window, which then wouldn’t close afterwards despite our best efforts. Other notes on the general shoddiness include: All the electric sockets are on the wall crooked and in completely random position, the walls are scuffed, the bed sheets were stained and so were the towels. The shower curtain fell down in the room we were moved to. There wasn’t any kind of soap in the shower at all, so don’t expect amenities. There’s a coffee maker but no coffee or tea. And we couldn’t get a refund despite the horrible conditions! It’s also in a grungier part of Lucerne, surrounded by construction and worn down buildings, when most of Lucerne is genuinely gorgeous. I would rank it as marginally better than sleeping outside, but I wouldn’t recommend it!

The air conditioning was not cooling the room, which is really small, making hard to stay or sleep there. Customer assistance gave incomplete information.

Our stay at VisionApartments was horrible. Our room was right above a busy train line and due to it being so hot outside, we needed to keep the window open for airflow. It was impossible to sleep between the loud noise and heat. Check in was not clear and we had to have Expedia contact them to get an email address to get the access code. There was water provided in our fridge, however the water wasn’t sealed so had been used and refilled. Expedia tried to contact the property to cancel our second night due to how awful the conditions were to sleep and they refused. Do not stay here.

Very easy check-in. Location was perfect. Able to park a block away. Very noisy with construction beside property early in the morning. Lots of train noisy but that wasnt too bad and calming sound. We did not see a spa which was adverised.

Check in process was a major hassle. They did not make clear that the passport information needed to be sent way ahead of time in order to get the access code appropriately. Room is extremely small, even though I was quite used to the small rooms in Japan, this was a whole other level. Very hot in the summer. Would not stay again, not enjoyable. Not even close to the 7.0 rating that it has on Expedia. Stay away if you want a great time at Luzerne

Very clean

The place is not bad. But when you traveled from another country and have been awake for 24 hours and check in to find a bed with a wet feces/vomit stain and have nobody there on the premises to get you a new room or new pillows, sheets, and a blanket. Not good. I literally slept in my clothes, using a bath towel as a pillow after I took the filthy linen off the bed and flipped the mattress. They provided me with new linen the next morning and the place was small and nice. That was just an absolutely horrible first impression to make on a tired traveler just looking to have a comfortable sleep. They gave me a small care package the next day which was nice but I would have much preferred an unsoiled bed when I checked in.

first staying in an online check in concept but it went smoothly and management was quick to respond and very accomodating, great Ethiopian restaurant down below.

Do not stay here in the hotter months- room was basically a sauna. When I reached out about the giant air unit in the room not working they responded by saying they gave us a fan. If you try and open the windows to let some air you will let bugs in that area attached to the streetlight right outside the window. Check in process also took over a half hour just to get a code for the room and you will get rudely kicked out of your room at exactly 10am the day of check out- I do not recommend this property to anyone

went in 2018 and absolutely loved the hotel. Unfortunately we couldn't stay the whole time but we loved the location and how well it was maintained.

its a small space .. oddly shaped .. okay for sleeping only non of kictchen based plug and devices worked. TV also didnt work, the aircon didnt work the first day. But its very clean and new building. walking distance from the station. all of their number online are mostly wrong... even hotel dot com doesnt have the right one... do contact them before you arrive to get access code.

Very nice and clean room. The room was in perfect conditions and all the appliances were new. The service offered was a little poor but at the end all went well.

great little hotel. close to the main train station, about a 10 minute walk..and to the covered bridge and main area. you also got a pass to use the buses for free, which was great. wifi and a/c. room was perfect for our stay.

The hotel is really new, walking distance from main station. It would be great if they provide kettle inside the room but not share.
