Although the check-in procedure is quite complicated, we still highly recommend this apartment, the price and the location is pretty good in Zurich. There’s also a COOP supermarket near the apartment, you can also cook yourself during your travel(for saving money).

The property had the advantage of being next to the train station. However, this brings its own set of problems of constant train noise as they pass behind the block, and the screeching as they come to a halt late at night and early in the morning causing disturbance. The rooms are very hot and stuffy so not comfortable during the summer. The decor and standard of the room does not resemble any of the pictures shown and is of a much lower standard. Parking was not made available when requested so beware.

Need a fan! Need a fan! No fans! Also, excellent in every other way. The bathroom door didn't close, but it didn't matter.

It was an average experience. Bathroom showers are below standard. Hot water is not consistent. No laundry soap provided.

Overall experience was really good just room service wasn't reach the expectations as we stay almost 5 days but no one came to clean the room and bed however they responded via phone but not provided service. Also if you are looking for gym then not suitable because it seems good in pictures but there were no equipment available for gym.

Utmärkt boende, jättebra utrustning (allt som behövdes i köket, handdukar toppkvalité, bra säng), väldigt nära flertalet olika transporter, nära till matvaruaffär. Det enda minuset var avsaknad av ac, väldigt varmt om man är där när det är höga gradtal!

pas de personnel d'accueil physiquement. Communication compliquée en anglais par téléphone. Etat de la chambre lamentable (literie, oreillers). Climatisation HS par 35°C. Couloir sale,... Hôtel à fuir !

O hotel fica junto à estação de trem, o que facilita demais a locomoção. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, o que fica um pouco desconfortável. A TV não tinha controle remoto.

Si te gusta el. Sauna es el lugar ideal, porque con la esxusa de der ecofriendly la habitación lleha a los 40grados imposible descamsar, sin servicio de limpieza, pedimos hacer el check out a las 11hs y nos dijeron max a las 10 y que no habia donde dejar las valijas... Muy poco recomendable...

Close to transport and relatively cheap. However, we were so hot in the room and only a small fan was provided, which made it hard to sleep.

Would definitely recommend if you want to have a hotel room with a mini a kitchen.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment was in a great location and met all our needs for a short break. Small kitchen two separate bedrooms and decent bathroom. My only criticism was the extremely strong smell of smoke. Even though it’s a non-smoking property, someone has been consistently smoking in that apartment. It was horrible!! This should really be addressed.

Ohne Info mussten wir uns um den Self-Check-In kümmern. Ohne kontakt mit dem Support unmöglich, da weder eine Anleitungen, noch die benötigten Infos zur Buchung bereitsstehen. Einmal angekommen haben wir bemerkt, dass es keine Parkplätze gibt. Nur die Info, dass man auf der Website des Anbieters das Parkhaus um die Ecke buchen könne, auf der Website ist aber nichts zu finden. Der Support konnte selbst auf wiederholte Nachfrage keine gescheite Antwort geben und ignorierte ubs irgendwann. Außerdem gab es in der Unterkunft ein Handtuch für 2 Personen und das Waschbecken im Bad konnte nicht genutzt werden, da es unten einfach rauslief und den Boden volltropfte. Alles in Allem also, kein Support und ungenügende Basics wie Handtücher oder ein Waschbecken...
