酒店在裝修中，整個酒店都充滿裝修的氣味。房間比較小，早餐也很簡單。酒店位於民居區內，比較嘈。酒店離附近火車站約八百米，要走八分鐘左右。去市中心可以乘電車約十五分鐘。

Located away from city center, but has easy access by tram from city center and main train station, comfortable beds, modern hotel. Would stay again.

Overall a very good experience. The hotel is well located, it's comfortable, quiet and clean. Parking in the area is not the easiest, but you can ask for a spot for 25 CHF/day

Such a nice place to stay. Right next to many tram, bus, and train lines. Lots of places to eat and shop. They do not have a coin laundry. The laundry facility amenity is just for their laundry service. Not a lot of laundromat’s in the city and they are expensive so plan ahead. Loved the room and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. I highly recommend if you want to save some money and get away from the busy tourist locations.

Great stay, quick tram ride from main railway. Reception explained everything so well.

Location is good, room size is nice.

Belle chambre, grande et confortable. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas beaucoup, il faisait un peu chaud. Le frigidaire dans la chambre ne refroidissait pas, nous avons perdu notre nourriture, faites attention à cela! Mis à part cela, la chambre était bien propre et très pratique.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, a receptionist with a slender face and glasses greeted us, inquiring about the length of our stay. However, due to some difficulty hearing, we requested a repetition of the question, which was met with a rather sharp response. I was quite surprised to encounter such impolite behavior from a receptionist at what is advertised as a four-star hotel. The room we were assigned resembled a hostel more than a room in a four-star establishment. It was quite small, with three beds placed closely together. Given that we were booking for July, the presence of air conditioning was a crucial factor, and the hotel's advertisement indicated its availability. However, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were subjected to temperatures between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius inside the room. When we brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, they were unable to provide a solution and instead offered two small, noisy fans. Consequently, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Air conditioner was not putting out strong cold air. Did not transfer us to an available room due to no housekeeping available at night. Though they lent us electric fans, it barely dropped a degree.

The industrial area of Zürich is super cool and this hotel has a ton of restaurants and bars around it. Good value for the money since it’s Zürich. Easy to get to old town on the tram. Staff was great.
