Not so good

Very enjoyable stay, no complain. The breakfast is very good. Thai restaurant worthwhile to have a try. Only a little expensive.

由於酒店闗閉，我根本未能入住萬豪，本來幸運的是萬豪方面以電郵直接聯絡我，給我轉介至喜來登，可是，至我入住日往酒店時，卻沒有我的預訂，幸好我與萬豪經理的來往電郵有確認轉介，否則我和朋友就要瞓街了！ 最可恨的是Expedia 不但沒有提供幫助，更在沒有通知我的情況下，取消了我的訂房，這令我非常憤慨！我早已付款，卻得這種待遇，所以必需向你們投訴！在我未出發前，已向Expedia查詢，希望可以取消行程，並取回所有已付的訂房及機票款項，可是你們的說法是要我樂觀的去旅行，結果行程中有3間酒店關閉，而你們竟然完全不知道，反而要我打電話回港才收到信息，並且只幫我取消訂房，而未能提供另一間酒店給我們入住，以致我和朋友陷於困境！ 但另一旅遊網卻可無條件為客人退款，讓客人不必出發去冒險，Expedia這樣的做法實在太令我失望了！

It is close to train station and park , very convenient,

The room are not spacious enough. The extra bed is a bit small.

酒店距離火車站約10分鐘路程。我們行李非常多，服務人員非常親切，10點多到酒店，沒想到馬上就可以入住。設施維持5星酒店水準，有健身房，感覺非常棒。

剛入住就發覺房間很臭，床頭燈也是壞的，竟然還有前位客人用過的紙杯放在要給客人用的吧台中。電話客訴後，服務態度也不佳！

符合瑞士的水準 距離車站有點遠但走路可到

預定雙人房&雙床房 且住宿前特別mail溝通雙床房需求…確無安排…且提供單人房…… 經complain後 才更換為雙房…房間洗澡用品 面紙無補充 將不再入住

Amazing location, breakfast is a must

Despite being packed with guests, the hotel was remarkably quiet. Everything was within walking distance. I asked a staff member where the cigar bar was, and she told me the hotel only had a regular bar. Skeptical, I went to the lobby and asked the bartender, who immediately pointed me to the cigar bar. The property is so large that even some staff members don’t seem to know about all of its amenities.

Well located I would have enjoyed à pool!

Everything was perfect except of the smell that's rising to the top floors from, i guess, the kitchens. We lived on the 39th floor and every time we walked into the room it smelled like kitchen. We had to open the windows for hours at a time to freshen up the air in the room. In the morning it was the same thing. We woke up to the smell of something fried. It must be the ventilation issue, not sure. But overall the experience was great. The 1 bedroom suite on the top floor had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the river and both banks. The room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.
