I like this hotel

冷氣風口吹著床頭，整晚未能睡，第二日跟櫃檯提出跟進，但情況並無改善，我住了3晚，3晚都沒有好好睡覺！

Staff is super friendly and helpful both at the check in counter and at the breakfast. Breakfast is top quality with so many options/dishes. Will come back!

Very close to subway and train station. Very close to maccas, KFC, Burger King. Short walk to everywhere.

Very clean, awesome breakfast buffet comfortable clean modern room. Great service from front desk fluent in English.

Just opposite Kaohsiung train station and the MRT. Superbly convenient location. May take a bit of time to figure out your bearings from the train station/MRT to the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not memorable. Same with the room, doesn’t leave a particular impression.

Very good value for the area

The location and staffs of the hotel are the highlight of our stay. We can access to city buses, underground transit (MRT), or trains to go anywhere in the city and beyond. The staffs from the front desk to the housekeeping to the dining room are all very hard working tirelessly to make sure we are well taken care. The hotel breakfast has both western and Taiwan food choices which change daily (some of them). A small complaint is that my wife is bitten by some insects or mosquitoes over one of the nights we stay.

The staff were responsive to our needs and questions. It is a good value hotel. The room was small. It was clean but I noticed old stains on the carpet.

Hotel was pretty clean. Just across it is a bus stop and train station so it is convenient if you are using public transportation. Not much shops and dining options around though.

Decent hotel for short stay. Traveled with family of four. Two children aged 11 and 7.

Excellent location near Kaohsiung station.

The hotel is neat and clean plus all the staff are friendly and helpful when I approach them. Good vibe and a great location for sure within a few minutes to the subway station, would stay here again when I am in Kaohsiung.
