Very noisy can hear talking people from other Rooms even if talk quite .. and only 1 towel for shower not even a face towel .. other than that hotel is ok staff is nice

Hotel needs an update, not sure that i will repeat for the price, can get better value elsewhere I stayed few nights here previously pre covid, back then was cleaner, newer, cheaper For similar $$, will do tango, k, or try others nearby For me prices needs to = value or better Will repeat at lower $$ or when there are no other choices

Very dated facility, don’t think there was an update for decades since we first stayed here. No heat system. The air kept on coming out automagically. The room was so cold, the staff had to bring us a space heater. Walk far to MRT, or bus transfers to other transit. We will look for other hotels next time.

Property’s dated, needs an update. No heat system. The A/C kept on coming out automately. It was so cold in January. Finally the staff brought us a portable space heater. Area is not that convenient, needs some walk to MRT, or bus transfer to other train stations. We stayed in this hotel for more than decades due to the wonderful staff. Will definitely look for other hotels in the future.

Only issue is to take 15 minutes to the nearest subway stations

Nice clean room close to restaurants,subway and bus

Quiet and nice for short stay if you don't need to any laundry....

Second time to stay in the property and never was it disappointing. Staff was very courteous, polite and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is okay for the price. Good water pressure. Jet tube was a bonus after a long day of dhopping and eating.

We really liked this hotel...the bath was a nice touch...the staff were really friendly and helpful...we liked its location.. it was handy to food, parks, mrt....

Great staff, room and service

For $35 / night, it can’t be beaten. The hotel comes with jacuzzi which i fully utilized (have to upgrade for that), a mini fridge, TV with different channels and even adult films lol. The place is quiet and clean as you would expect. There is daily housekeeping. The staff here are very hospitable. The drawback would be that it is quite a walk to the metro, nothing much going out right outside outside the hotel. Another issue I encounter was the humidity inside the room. It gets very sweaty at night when I put on the blanket to sleep. If i take off the blanket then it is cold. And there is no heater in the room.

Hotel looks a bit old and dated. Booked two rooms and requested to be next to each other. In the end was given one room on level 3 and another room on level 5! During check in, Hotel staff Mr Liao could not find bookings for both rooms and insisted we only booked one room. After my persistence on searching name they suddenly “found” my booking and blamed it on their system. However Liao is not even apologetic! Terrible training by hotel.

Awesome Place. Nice Room Set Up

It’s very outdated and not cleaned. The only elevator broke down. TV control didn’t work well. The room (706) had a very strong urine smell. No matter how I sprayed clean the bathroom with the shower hose, it wouldn’t go away. It wasn’t like this when we stayed at this hotel before. Will definitely be our last time staying here. Very disappointed.
