Great hotel, definitely will come back again

The hotel was perfect. They provide umbrellas when it's raining, they take your luggage when it's not check-in yet, the facilities are great, & there are many good shops around for eating with a bit of walking. They also provided complementary drinks in the hotel room & the view was great.

Was only there for one night but the staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a better room without asking. The pool and workout areas were very nice.

By far the BEST hotel in all our travels so far (including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines)! The decor was modern and eye-catching, and everything was super clean. The hotel common areas and individual rooms were very clean and modern. We really loved our room: it was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed! The bathroom was carefully cleaned by the conscientious housekeeping team it felt like I was the very first person to use it; and the bathroom included a separate shower and bath, double sinks, and a modern toilet with heated water in the bidet and heated seat. The hallways and rooms were so quiet my wife and I had a refreshing sleep every night we were there. And the refrigerator was kindly stocked with free (non-alcoholic) beverages that added a nice, welcoming touch. The restaurant (Bar 98) served delicious food and drinks (we had a Caesar’s Salad and Cheeseburger with fries on one night and hot tea with pastries on another night). The hotel was perfectly situated to access the MRT (which we used frequently) and the High Speed Rail and buses (which we didn’t use). The MRT Blue Line at Banqiao Station was great for accessing all the spots we hoped to see during our visit. It was also close to many shopping malls and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to our requests and demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and service. Thank you!!

My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. I want to thank Alan at the concierge for being so welcoming and always a pleasure to see and talk to. He is friendly and respectful to all the people coming in! He is valuable and truly a delight! Thank you again!

Great hotel that felt new and modern. The area is convenient and full of dining and shipping options. Would definitely stay again next time I visit New Taipei City Banqiao area.

Room was good. No desk in my “deluxe twin” room but two chaises. Nice to have free minibar (ie drinks in mini fridge) and electric kettle and coffee maker in room. Front desk and concierge service was meh - not very accommodating, just do minimum service and rigid in rules. Coffee house on first floor pretty pricey.

The toilet made noise in the middle of night. The sofa have stains on it.

Always love staying at the Caesar park banqiao for our annual visit to Taipei. Location is perfect for banqiao area. They are a stickler to checking time at 2:30-3:00pm in the afternoon, despite our plane arrival at 5:15am. You can securely leave your luggage at the hotel, just plan for breakfast and lunch. On this last visit, we wanted to check out the Chinese restaurant on the third floor. Even though, we are guests of the hotel, they could not accommodate us for dinner on a weekday at 5:30pm. Guess, I need reservation, even if it looked sparse. Would have been nice if we could have been accommodated, like we have a table, but will need the table back by 7:00pm or something like that. Oh well, we got our Beijing duck and delicious at another joint across the street. Other than this recent hiccup, we love this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
