It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one then. Wash for me? Ridiculous! Beyond that was a OK stay. Wish their staff have better training! :(

Preferres stay, and prefect, nothing wrong whatsoever, staff was great, room was great, service was great!! A lot of space for 3 international travelers, with two suitcases each!!!

Room design was modern, bright and super clean. Location is convenient to everywhere and a huge metro park right next to the hotel is the bonus. Did not use the public amenity nor the small kitchen in my room; therefore, could not give any feedback. Overall, our experience were all positive.

The stay was very satisfactory. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our stay included breakfast, which was simple (a burger, tea, and jelly) but delicious.

The Metro is conveniently located just across the road. the breakfast is not prepared on-site; it is purchased from a restaurant and provided in a brown bag, which includes a sandwich and a milk tea with no options to choose from. The room was quiet and spacious, but the A/C was inadequate. Despite it being a hot day in July, the room temperature remained around 28°C all night and never cooled down to 25°C. Additionally, the constant light in the room may be bothersome for those sensitive to light. The toilet light stays on and shines through the glass wall into the bedroom, and the blinds and drapes do not fully block out the light. I wish I had brought an eye mask.

Very good location near 2 subway lines. Easy to go to Taipei Railway Station and Taoyuan Airport. Room size is big enough for opening 2 28” suitcases. Very big bed. Price is reasonable compared with the hotels in Taipei.

Good location. Self check in and out is very convenient.

Very convenient. 2nd stay at this hotel . Cleanliness of the hotel is good . However , housekeeping need to be improved. Drainage system of the bathroom did not clean throughly, resulting flood in the room after bathing . Did not replace the hotel slipper everyday , empty the dustbin, make the bed even thought the bed sheets only change after 3 days of stay .

I like the airport train can directly stop next to the hotel. Also the metro train station is also next to the hotel. It’s very convenient to get around.

I stayed in this hotel while I visited Taipei which lasted 15 days. Location is good which is very handy to the subway. Housekeeping is generally good but they didn’t do much during the period. I need to remind them to do certain jobs like vacuum the floor and etc. But generally is good!

Overall was good, it was abit hard to communicate with the staff if you are English speaker

Great place to stay and right next to the riverside, but Sanchong riverside isn't as nice as the one on the other side. You have to wait at many lights to cross the street, while the other side of the river you don't have any red lights. Food places are a bit farther out but the hotel has excellent service and clean. Although they clean the hotel room a bit late instead of the afternoon.

My overall experience was good, the hotel is super clean and nice, also just opposite sanchong station which is very convenient, and it is not very far away from taipei station, pricing is good too!

Lovely new building. Super convenient for the mrt. Clean, quiet, secure and easy to find. Even get free chocolate! Awesome staff - so friendly. The riverside park near the hotel is so much fun and a popular date spot. Supermarket just up the road. Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Taipei
