When the reservation is made, the payment doesn't go through a couple of times. A day before the arrival, it shows "needs action." I immediately booked it again to secure a room. Then, I reviewed the reservations and found the double booking. I called the COZZI Blu immediately (within 10 minutes of the second booking), and a lady told me she saw the double booking and took notes for the next day's manager. I reported to the platform at the same time. After a couple of communication attempts, the COZZI Blu refused the refund!

Helpful and friendly staffs. Spacious room. Rooms are a bit worn out but still in good condition. Shopping and dining within walking distance. XPark is great.

It's my fourth time staying in COZZI BLU. Great service. Spacious room. Connecting to XPark and outlet within walking distance.

Only stayed one night, we ate at the buffet, the room was nice.

Excellent accommodation for a quick, overnight stay before early morning flight.

The property itself is located near the Taoyuan Airport and very close to shopping and dining locations. While the cost of the rooms is a little higher, the service and dining options in the all-day buffet more offsets those costs. Will definitely stay here again during my next business trip to Taoyuan. A great place for western business travelers.

The cleanluness, friendliness and overall amenities of this property were unbeatable. Anything we needed, the hotel provided. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is new and located close to high speed rail and Outlet with many good restaurants. It’s very comfortable and convenient.

Very nice place, room is clean and big. Easy go to airports and high speed trains station. Breakfast also is delicious.

This is a nice hotel with excellent buffet near the high speed rail station. We had a family room with 2 king beds. The room is huge and comfortable. We arrived late at night so we had to drag our luggage and walked about 10 minutes to the hotel but we were able to reserve their free shuttle back to the high speed rail when we left. The decor in the hotel and in the room was nice and kids friendly. The X Park aquarium is right next door with a short hallway leading to it from the hotel. Overall this is a nice hotel if you want to stay close to the high speed rail station.

Good hotel to stay in if you are catching an early morning flight as it is near to the airport. Taxi fare is about NT350-400.

Nice hotel, however the noise at night of warning signs going off on trucks outside, i hardly slept. Also the breakfast food wasn't great for international travellers.

What a great hotel. I booked one night here so I could be closer to the airport before flying out. I imagine many guests who stay here are using the same strategy. None the less the hotel is a brief walk from the HSR & Airport MRT station. There is also a hotel shuttle that you can contact staff for the schedule. I was able to check-in early and was given an upgrade from the twin room I had booked. The room was spacious, clean and the TV was huge. I was able to stream/cast whatever program I wanted. With a lovely deep soaking bathtub I was able to take a relaxing bath before bed. If you choose to not eat at one of the hotel restaurants; there are MANY options either downstairs in the building attached to the cinema or one of the restaurants scattered throughout the outlet mall. Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay at Cozi Blue. The hotel staffs are very courteous and friendly. The location is very convenient. Room is very clean. My parents are very satisfied with the service and staffs. Highly recommended the hotel.
