Centrally situated and has easy trabsportation option as MRT is just a walk away.

Location of the hotel was convenient for food and essentials. Room is small but with everything we needed.

The employees were kind but they put me in the bedroom in front of the washroom. I made a complaint that I can hear orhers before 8:00am and

The entrance to the building was hard to find but once we got to their simple front desk, check in was in less than 2 minutes! Our room was the panorama suite. Good for 4. With Japanese toilet and separate sink and shower which was very convenient and saved us time getting ready. Nice L'occitane products! No conditioner though. Our floor (we were on the 13th, lobby was on the 14Th) had a common area with free flowing drinking water, a sink a coffee machine.and some toiletries. No toothbrushes though so make sure you bring your own. Wish they had a microwave though! All in all our stay at the Eastin Taipei was pleasant, the staff friendly and efficient. Will stay here again if I were ever to visit Taipei again.

Great Stay with Minor Quirk I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel—the rooms were cozy, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious local and western options. The only small inconvenience was needing to take the elevator just to move between the guest rooms and reception (just one floor), which felt a bit unnecessary. That said, it wasn’t a major issue, and overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel for its comfort and service.

VERY NICE ROOM AT A VERY NICE LOCATION

Overall great, Staff were helpful, I didn't know any Mandarin but they were helpful in assisting me. Room service was good and had no issues with the hotel experience after staying for 1 week.

When my credit card stopped working on the last day of the trip, Edward at the front desk gave me $300 NTD to help me get to the airport. Thanks to their kindness, I was able to make it to my flight.

Friendly and helpful staff. They were able to get a dinner reservation for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast was ok but you can find equivalent or better food at the local shops.
