FN Hotel

Bed very comfortable... Me and my son like it very much. Room very clean.

Clean rooms and very nice staffs. Stayed in quadruple rooms and it is very comfortable for 4 of us. Plus point - coin operated laundry available and Snack Bar area for hanging out.

Staff are not very accomodating. The valet driver were shouting when he was not given the tip the he asks for. A tip should be given at any amount and not to forcedly ask from a client. He shouldn’t be the one deciding the amount of tip that we will give to him. Shouting hysterically in the parking area while the client / us is there is very unprofessional. And after that incident, they don’t do the housekeeping properly anymore. Since day 2 until end of our stay, the mugs, spoon we used still there in the room. They didn’t remove anymore and the pillows, they just scatteredly throw in the bed. We asked for the manager since they’re really unprofessional. But they keep on saying manager will come only “this time, that time” until our last day, no manager showed up. We don’t really suggest this hotel. Staff are very rude. Rooms are very dirty. They look cute and nice in the picture but they don’t maintain the cleanliness. Very bad service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I'm enjoy to stay here a lot, The Receptionist was so helpful, kind and good manner. The room is so cute and clean. The breakfast is so so... everyday is almost the same menu... overall is great!
