Very good stay I always stay here before the flight next day .very convenient and functional right next to the MRT 8A station . I am an older neurologist trained at Mayo , my rule is staying close to a good hospital , so you get 2nd chance especially a heart attack or stroke . It is also connecte to a decent mall with selections of restaurants . The hotel may not be luxurious but in general clean and functional and the receptionists are always smiling , polite and courteous . But they are very strict won’t allow me to check in when I arrived earlier just 30 minutes ahead of 3 pm . There is a hot spa , saunas facility and massage parlor but you have to reserve ahead of time . The breakfast is included and has varieties of selections of both western / Asian mix . The quality is good and selections are sufficient. I have stayed here very often flying from TPE to SFO or LAX and always enjoying the slow and easy flow of time . I am disabled due to previous heart attack , a heart bypass surgery and a spine surgery therefore walking with a walker . But I can manage to go in and out this hotel to MRT station easily . The prices are very reasonable , I other stay here instead of staying in a fancy hotel in Taipei and struggled catching a taxi to come here in a hurry . Most of the rooms are spacious and clean with a view but this is a more or less industrial area so don’t expect any natural scenarios . Not much to do either besides walking in the attached mall which is cute .

Property is located in a mall and connected to a subway station. Transportation to other attractions were easy to access by public transportation.

Excellent location. Close proximity to shopping, food and transportation. Tons of local food options within 500 meter radius.

Great location if you are needing to go to the hospital. Convenient to the train station and food court which is attached. Clean. Well priced, nice breakfast. Stayed here 14 days. Enjoyed all of the staff. Very professional and nice.

Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Convenient access to mall with multiple good food options. Accessible to airport and Taipei via subway. Marriott level facility. Not close to Taipei so might not be a good spot for tourists except for short layover in Taiwan. If you have one or two night layover not a terrible choice.

It is easy to go TPE airport if you only have carry on luggage. It is not so easy to get Uber or taxi if you have 3 large 28-29” luggage.

We had fun.

Amazing Sauna and Onsen, very accessible to the train to airport. Very kind of the hotel to prepare a breakfast pack as my flight was early and not able to eat the hotel breakfast.

Stuff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I shall utilize the facilities/hotel again in the future given an opportunity

Great hotel

stay was good however, i showed up from the hospital and needed a room, i had a reservation before i showed up and still, took over 2 hours for the front desk to get my room in order, very frustrating. My friend checked in hours later and spent 4 hours in the lobby as they said his room was not ready. Unbelievable as they were available for the night online.

Good location to airport

A late flight arrival got me to the hotel around 10 PM. I have mobility issues. This hotel has no allowances for this, and requires ascending seven stairs before the main door is reached. Well the lobby is unlocked, but there is no one in attendance. That requires an elevator to the fifth floor. This made for a very poor start and it is difficult to say anymore after that, however, this needs to be resolved by the hotel or they need to make sure That this is noted on the websites they use for booking. All else at the hotel was acceptable.

Hotel is geared for Asian travelers. Bed mattress is hard.

The location is good ! The hotel is not very clean! The wall has stains , disgusting!
