Nice views

Tainan is not public transport friendly. This location is nice. Room is just ok. A bit old looking.

Good in overall. But there is no parking. Traffic lights a pretty bad around. Location is convent.

Room is spacious and newly renovated, but slightly dusty. location of hotel is in central.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was horrible and every staff member we encountered was rude and unhelpful. We asked for a knife to cut up fruit for our baby and we were told it was against the law in Taiwan to lend us a knife. We got a peeler to use, which we said we would return when we were done with it. Our whole family was startled awake at 11:30 pm by a staff member banging on our door and demanding the peeler back, saying they needed it for the morning. This wasn’t the only terrible experience we had at this hotel but it was one that stood out. We complained to the manager who could not have cared less. They have busloads of local tourists that stay at this hotel (filling the public areas with smoke and noise at all hours) so the hotel does not care about individual guests. The rooms and common areas are dirty and dingy, the hallway carpets covered with stains and there was black mold all over the bathrooms in our rooms. It’s truly a disgusting hotel.

I don’t recommend this property. The property is a motel, not a hotel. The room is not that clean. The internet was not working until we reported it to the lobby. Also there are not many varieties for breakfast.

Honestly a bit expensive for what it was. Even though they said no smoking, our room smelled quite bad of cigarettes. Either the previous user smoked or it used to be a smoking room and the smell has seeped into the walls. The room was quite old - you could see the wear and tear and the bathroom wasn't great. It was usable but if you looked in the corners you can see rust and you can really tell the age. Staff were very nice though. Very polite and friendly. The area isn't bad, it's next to a big road so there's plenty of food and shopping options. It was a walking distance from a local market. The area and the building entrance looks tiny bit sketchy but Taiwan is safe so we felt quite safe even after dark. Although if this was any other country, I would have thought twice about staying.

Nice looking room at a glance but in closer looks it is a bit older

Room is a little dated albeit spacious. Location is good, walkable distance to nearby attractions. Front desk staff Mr. Li was very helpful and proactive in his service. He knew we will departing to Taichung and offered to give some recommendations for dining. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room is small for a 4 stars hotel, price is reasonable. The staffs were nice.

Cost is reasonable

Good location for eating local food.

There are free washer and dryer at the property can use 24/7. Very convenience.

本次的時尚房跟過去來住的經驗差不多，一樣非常舒適，本次有送早餐卷，非常棒。下次來台南會再次選擇。

Good location and price. Pretty odd furnishings, with night stands several feet away from the sides of the bed. Some stains on furniture and grime in corners.
