The room is huge but not well designed; living room and the bathroom are both in the same area, no privacy as if guests came to visit. The bath tub is huge for two people, and no microwave , iron board either.

The hotel is very disappointed us, first, not allowed to check in early, second, the bellboy not help bring the luggage’s to the room. Not just that, the most disgusting is the water faucet had mildewed, my husband had to get the toothbrush to clean it before we can use it. And the location is out of no where.

Actuallly this is my first time been there and I choose this hotel becoz of good services at their sister hotel (Taipei)

Hotel was little older but the hotel staff was overall good. Hotel is little bit far from the city but very quiet.

Big room. Huge bathroom. Old hotel, but condition was good. Design was a bit strange. Breakfast was just so so

The hotel was not far away from the highway intersection and provided parking lots. All staffs kindly welcomed us. We also asked some objects for my baby in advanced, such as baby bed and feeding bottle sterilization. They prepared all before we checked in. The hotel also provided the self clothe washing service. The only bad thing was the air conditioning. It seemed like someone smoked before and there was a light smell still in the air. Overall, it was a good experience.

No movie channel. Carpet is dirty, shower bath is old and dirty, faucet loose.....

Room is spacious and bathroom is well equipped. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is well prepared and plenty of food choices.

The hotel is not badly situated, if you are there as a stop over and want to visit the famous night market, which is only about a 10 min taxi ride away. The room was big but there was an odour in the room, strong smell of sweat... The shower facility was poorly designed and badly placed. Room was quite and the reception staff were all very polite and helpful. If you want a hotel to get away from the noisy parts of Taichung, this is a perfect choice, but with a few concessions mentioned above.

Excellent hotel in quiet area of town, convenient for going to the Taichung airport. Very nice pool and outdoor spa on top floor, with great city views. Great buffet breakfast. Nice decor in the entire hotel. I had a bright corner room with huge windows to take in breathtaking city views, and a huge bathroom with window too. There's not much to see in the neighborhood, but a pleasant park (Dunhua Park) is just a 5mn walk away.

Stayed for 1 night. Because of heavy rains we had dinner in the 2nd floor, some dishes are not bad,but some need to improve(soup is kind of awful..)when we asked the waitress questions about the dishes on menu, she just can't answer more than 2 times...really embarrassed us.. Room are fine for this rate, but people across just super noisy, they kept their door open with a group of people party in it(kind of?)the door sensor kept BEEP BEEP which was extremely nagging us, also we kept hearing upstairs noise as well(jumping? kids?). I did request a QUITE room when booked,but looks not work at all. However, the breakfast is good, and I like the bathtub.

It was mediocre. Just a decent place to stay for a decent price.
