The room was fantastic. We had a balcony with outdoor furniture where we sat and enjoyed the view, complimentary drinks and fruit. There was an in-room onsen with hot spring water. Excellent for a soak when you can’t be bothered to go through the trouble of getting to the public bath (which was also great, with sauna and steam room). The bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was fab. The room rate was not cheap but at least we were not disappointed.

Nice, quiet location in the hills with nice views. Room had hot tub and cold tub by the window. Strong smell of sulfur made it necessary to have windows open when filling up the tub but after a while smell is gone and it’s nice and relaxing. One thing that bothered me was that toilet had a glass door, leaving no privacy. Otherwise great amenities and services.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the spa facilities were clean and modern. There were very minor signs of wear and tear in the room. My partner booked a Chinese style massage which was supposedly stronger, but it wasn't at all. The massage was overall not great value for the price.
Breakfast was delicious, you get to choose between a western style or taiwanesw style breakfast. Both come as a set menu and were delicious.
