Clean modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff and decent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately very close to the elevated highway and quite noisy with traffic and street sound overnight and early morning

Great location with all different of public transportation. Easy access to international airport.

Very easy to find the place to eat

The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of two major streets. Bus stops are literally across the street, but the MRT (subway) station is a 5-minutes walk. Many dining choices nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Staff are courteous and always eager to help. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet tremendously. This is a hotel suitable for either business or pleasure travel.

Convenient location, very friendly staff Plus onsite restaurant opens for all three meals, needless to say there is also a laundry facility on the top floor, makes my top choice for my next time visit.

Self service hotel, more like an Airbnb with a front desk. No room service for food. One restaurant that does not do take out service. No bellman to help with luggage and no early check in. They only provided us with 3 towels, even though there were 5 guests. When we asked for more towels they gave us a hard time about why we needed so many. Lost a key card and questioned us really hard about it at check out. Would not stay here again.

Very professional staff. We had to switch room in the middle of the night due to one of the smoke detectors is malfunctioning. The lady made an effort to switch us (3 guests) within 5 minutes .

Very convenient neighborhood, lots of options for food

Pros: Good location, good beds, pillows and linens, nice towels, good housekeeping. Can improve: Noise insulation (can hear other guests, and hear and feel doors of other rooms closing on floor and floor above), slow elevators (there really should be 3 elevators, not 2), key card integration when there are separate reservations for one continuous stay.

This is an outstanding place to stay. I had a few nights next door before I moved in here, day and night difference. Believe me stay here not the hotel next door.

Lots of places to eat

The staff is cheerful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Rooms are clean and modern. Love the rain shower. Speaking of rain, you can borrow umbrellas at the front desk which is very convenient so you don't need to pack one. I really appreciate the breakfast variety and the friendly staff in the breakfast room. I would have liked coffee in the room too but only tea is available. The location is convenient for transportation, shopping, restaurants, and is very walkable and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was great and conveniently located with plenty to do nearby. It was a bit chilly when we were there and the hotel room did not have heating.

When you entered the hotel, the lobby and all amenities are old and out dated as if you just entered a 1980s hotel. The breakfast area is also out dated like one of those 1960s diner along the hwy. However, once you get to your floor, it dramatically changed the situation. The hallways are classy, clean. They might have Reno the hotel rooms.

Of all the hotels i stay at in Asia, this hotel made it to the worst list. This hotel does not provide any luggage assistance, elevator super slow, breakfast is mediocre at best and the service personnel at the breakfast acted like the food is gourmet constantly looking out to see if people are stealing food. One lady ran after and shouted at my son and stopped him from taking a bao and porridge to his wife whom wasn’t feeling well. Towels in the room is very old and worn out. Did not provide a face cloth. No essentials provided except a bottle of hand soap and shampoo. How they’re able to call themself a 4 star hotel is beyond me. The only nice thing about the hotel is the reception staff. Helpful or at least they try to help to answer questions.
